This floor also features a master bedroom with a king bed and full ensuite, along with another private full bathroom. The lower level includes a king and twin bed, a private full bathroom, and a game and jam room equipped with a poker table, darts, and guitars. Outside, the real fun begins with a 50-foot practice putting green, hot tub, fire pit, and swing.
