Important notice regarding improvements: In order to maintain transparent communication with our guests, we inform you that the works on the rooftop of Casa Rio will be ongoing from Monday to Saturday from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm. The planned period for the interventions is from the second week of June until the last week of October.
With a privileged location, this accommodation is just a few steps from Copacabana beach, where you can enjoy the best of the neighbourhood. In the area, you will find the best restaurants, markets and shops for all your needs, all within walking distance. Furthermore, it is just 5 minutes from the charming Leme Beach and 11 minutes from Cardeal Arcoverde Metro Station, which facilitates access to other attractions in Rio de Janeiro.
The space still offers amenities that go beyond expectations, including a coworking area, ideal for those who need to balance leisure and work, and a practical smart convenience store, ensuring quick access to essential items without leaving the condominium. For your convenience, there is also a 1-volume storage locker and a changing room, with shower and toilet facilities, both available free of charge to guests, as well as 24-hour reception. Everything has been designed to provide you with a stay with maximum comfort, practicality and convenience.
It is important to inform you that due to the building's position, it is not possible to see the Copacabana fireworks. However, we will have a rooftop where you will be able to experience this incredible moment!

For everything to go well, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices:
Cleaning, bed linen changes, towels and amenities will be provided only once per reservation, regardless of the number of days of stay. If the guest wishes a different frequency, the service can be hired separately, at an additional cost.
It is not permitted to make noise from 10 p.m. onwards (Noise Ordinance).
The rooftop is intended for the exclusive use of guests. Occasionally, closed events may take place, during which access to the venue will be temporarily unavailable.
To use the rooftop pool, you will need to sign an agreement form with the rules on site.
It is not authorised to take any items from the suite to the beach, such as the beach chair.
The building where this accommodation is located has two entrances: one on Rua Prado Júnior, 48, and another on Rua Princesa Isabel, 7. After 8 p.m., access must be made only through Rua Princesa Isabel, 7.
The accommodation's outlets are 220V. Laptops and mobile phone chargers are dual voltage (We recommend checking before use)
The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will stay in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the booking. People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building.
Important: After submitting the list, it is not permitted to unregister a guest and register another one afterwards. In other words, there cannot be any exchange or substitution of guests during the stay.
Occupancy of the space is exclusive to registered guests, with entry not permitted for other persons.
Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different rubbish bags.
Use the entrance and service lift when you have luggage or swimwear.
Our check-in is from 3 PM and our check-out is before 11 AM. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.
For each booking we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and one towel per guest. Bed linen and bath towel change services can be hired and paid separately. Please be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be charged to your security deposit.
All guests must submit their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
