Great location. Screened porch was wonderful to hang out on. August had minimal bugs so even the small front porch was a pleasant place to spot and enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Convenient to the White Mountains for some beautiful hikes!

First I want to say I failed in not reading and doing a more though investigation of the listing. I believe this is a fairly new listing. With other listings we have stayed at there has been a notebook to direct us on the property. For instance dealing with the trash. The biggest set back for us is it isn’t set up for a longer stay. Great for a few nights. The location is beautiful, close to the lakes for summer and the ski resorts for winter. After our initial shock, we settled in and enjoyed the beauty around us.
