We really enjoyed our stay at this place! It had everything we needed to feel 'home away from home': The kitchen area and washer/dryer were both so helpful....and the outdoor space was a perfect area to relax in after long days. Additionally, the space is in a quiet neighborhood, not far from town, and the host was extremely responsive. We are very appreciative for our stay- thank you!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 2 nights in this Casita! It was clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for our basic needs for a short stay. If I was planning to stay longer, and plan to cook during my time, I would want things like a blender, crockpot, rice cooker, etc. We were able to cook breakfast and a precooked meal we picked up from the grocery store on the night of arrival! We ate out or snacked for other meals. The ability to bring our dog was an added bonus! Helpful tip for future guests: check out Dale Balls Trail which is just about a mile up the road from the house with a nice parking lot!Would totally stay again!
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay a Casita Pro Que! It was the perfect size place for a couple looking to be nestled away from the main strips of downtown Santa Fe, but was truly located right by everything we wanted to have access to. Great location, clean place, and welcoming host made this stay exceptional.
Quiet and private in a gated community and we were pleasantly suprised at how close it was to the plaza and shopping areas. We both really enjoyed the location as it felt like we weren't even in the city. It was also close to St John's college where our nephew is attending, so it was very easy to visit there as well.
This is really a wonderful place to stay. It's very clean, modern and comfortable and communication with Christina was excellent. I would highly recommend staying here while in Santa Fe. It's close to Ten Thousand Waves and only 15 miles from the hiking trails at the Santa Fe Ski Area and just minutes from the Plaza area.
I had a very quiet and relaxing stay. The studio was well appointed and in close proximity to many mountain hiking trails. I'd recommend this little casita to anyone looking for a private gated area away from the downtown noise and traffic.
I came to Santa Fe for the Opera, hiking and relaxing. The Casita was super conveniently located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, close to downtown as well as the mountains. The Casita is well appointed. Everything I could possibly want or need for my stay was there and more. Christina went out of her way to make me feel welcome.
The rental is in a gate neighborhood, w/ beautiful views. The space has potential. 1)The listing is misleading. a. Pictures of furniture are not accurate. 2)There were 3 different sets of instructions on how to access the wifi. 3) No balcony. 4)The AC is LOUD 5) While there is a W?D it is so close to the toilet that it is awkward and messy. 6)Lsting doesn't state that the casita is actually the basement of one side of a duplex, it states it is a house. It's not. The balcony isn't for the casita. It's the balcony of the home and is directly above the "garden" space for the casita. There was a couple on the balcony talking loudly. It was uncomfortable. Whoever was in the home above woke me up at 4am and again at 6am, soundied like something heavy rolling along the floor. You can also hear the neighbors in the adjoining duplex - al lot. I wanted to like this place, but it was uncomfortable due to lack of attention to detail. Pics show damage / state of being when I arrived
