No need for a car and free city tram is available on weekends in the summer, to take you down the peninsula or ride our included Bicycles. If you are looking for a water adventure take our kayaks down to the bay which is at the end of our short block. Wagon provided to take all your staples to the beach, umbrella and chairs provided.

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy place in great location and a few minutes walk from the beach. The sunset on the beach was magnificent. Excellent communication: The host was out of town, but her grandson was on site and helped with anything we needed.

This was the perfect beach hide-a-way! So close to beach and eating establishments! Rode the available bikes everyday up and down the beach, pier to pier. Many places to eat and to get coffee.Owner attentive and welcoming. I will definitely stay again! Location is everything!
This alone made it all worth it!

The location was perfect with the ocean, little restaurants and a small park a very, very short walk away. Also, in this popular area, it’s wonderful to have a place to park in the driveway.The casita itself was just right with everything I needed. Excellent water pressure in the shower is an added bonus! Great location. This is a dog friendly unit. There is a park 100 feet away where you can take your dog. The beach is only 0.25 miles away. There were bikes and a kayak to use. The studio had everything that one would want.

Initially I thought the bungalow was on Balboa Island but it was my oversight that I didn’t notice the address is actually Newport Beach, but the location was actually better since we were a 2 minute walk from the beach. It was a great stay and Carla was great in communication!

The location was close to shopping/restaurants. And just a quick trip to the beach. The host was so nice and polite. The bungalow was perfect for me and my husband. It was just what we happened to be looking for, for our mini getaway.
