Second floor unit with no elevator in building. Modern bathrooms and kitchen, new fixtures throughout, nice front deck, in-unit full-sized washer and dryer, hardwood floors throughout. One parking space included, but absolutely NO OVERSIZED VEHICLES.

South Loop is located just south of Chicago's central business district. McCormick Place Convention Center and Soldier Field are within the neighborhood. Close to Millenium Park. Lots of shopping nearby
Getting Around:
Many amenities are within a close proximity to the unit. Public transportation nearby. Uber and Lyft readily available. Street parking is typically not hard to find and is free on Sundays and free between 6 pm and 8 am Monday thru Saturday

There is 1 parking space included for a mid-size car or smaller. Maximum length of car must not exceed 202”. Most SUVs fit fine.
Security: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. Security deposit of $250 will be required before check in.
