Home was well appointed. The kitchen had plenty of plates, dishes, pots, pans, etc. Beds were comfortable. Lots of towels were provided. Laundry in the unit was great. They were able to accomodate our early check in request which was very much appreciated. 5 people staying there had plenty of privacy if needed. Would definitely recommend.

The condo was very nice and well stocked and clean. The third party check in was extremely frustrating. The gate code and door code were supposed to be provided 2 hours ahead of arrival however they were not. It made for a stressful drive over fromHilo not knowing if you will be able to access or if you were scammed. It took 4 calls to finally get the gate code and door code sorted out as the wrong door code and no gate code were initially provided. After sorting this out it was smoother. The app provided for late check out and to check in and request late check out does not work at all and you have to call to complete these requests. Other than the third party booking the place was comfortable and nice and a good location close to the king and queens shop and near the beach.

This property worked well for a short stay including three generations of our family. Communication with host was good. We did not do too much cooking but seemed the kitchen was better equipped than some others places we have stayed. Pool was nice and a short walk from the unit. All bedrooms on second level would make it difficult for some. Only reason not 5 stars is that a few things could have been a bit cleaner (dining chairs, area rugs), and we would have appreciated a box or two of facial tissues.

Extended our stay and limited choices to pick from during peek season.

I felt the check-in process was way too invasive to do Face ID and something I’ve never done when renting on VRBO. I had to call customer service two or three times to get the check in instructions. Because the check-in system did not verify me even though on my screen, it showed completed. The house was not stocked like a normal VRBOs we have stay at. They did have a good assortment of beach items to use. They had a strange rule about using more than one bath towel per person. I really don’t like to give a bad review but I wouldn’t stay here again in the company that operates this VRBO is strange and that whole face ID thing was weird.

One of the cleanest properties we've been in. great location, gated community. Good amenities and had all the beach gear for the family! Highly recommend staying here! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Absolutely love this place. This was our second time at this property and we are hoping for a third. The best compliment that comes to mind: my wife did not complain about a single thing, no small feat.
