Location, location, location! Our beautiful, fully equipped two-story, two-bedroom townhouse is only a few feet away from beautiful Radium Hot Springs' main street. The 1,400 SF townhouse has everything you need for a relaxing experience. You'll be able to enjoy the 360-degree views and tranquillity of the Purcell Mountains and Mother Nature from the doorstep. Our chic mountain townhome is the perfect destination for couples or small families.
This chic, French Alps-inspired open concept 1,400 SF townhouse has everything you need for a wonderfully relaxing home-from-home stay. You'll be able to enjoy 360-degree views, and the tranquillity of the Purcell Mountains and Mother Nature literally on the doorstep.
KITCHEN AND LOUNGE
This home-away-from-home comes fully equipped with everything you could need. You will find cooking oil, salt, pepper, and fresh coffee beans that you can use during your stay.
DINING SPACE
There is bar stool seating (x4) at the 10-foot island, or an elegant separate dining room area for entertaining in.
LOUNGE
After a wonderful meal, relax in the family room, snuggle by the (electric) fireplace while enjoying your favourite shows or movies on the 75-inch tv.
If you need some quiet time, nestle up with a book in the reading corner on the second floor: this room can also convert into a third bedroom sleeping 2 with a sofa pullout couch. Or just have some quiet time watching TV.
BEDROOMS
The primary bedroom with a King Endy bed is spacious, and has a full walk-in closet and private shower ensuite. The guest bedroom with a queen bed, is conveniently located down the hall, enabling more privacy for couples. For your comfort, all the beds are dressed in hotel-quality linens.
BATHROOM
There is a tub/shower bathroom on the first floor. There is a supply of hotel-quality towels, locally made hand soap and bodywash/shampoo for you to use during your stay.
LAUNDRY ROOM
There is also a laundry room upstairs that you can use during your stay.
BACKYARD
Enjoy the serenity of your own private, fenced backyard fully equipped with a BBQ, table, and backyard patio set made for basking in the sun or enjoying under the patio umbrella.
PARKING
There is ample street parking available.

- 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.

Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.
We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

This location boasts easy access to all amenities including a grocery store, spa, local pubs, brewery, coffee shops, cafes, cannabis shop, Screamers Ice Cream, and some of the best take-out and in-dining cuisine and experiences that Columbia Valley has to offer! And in the summers, the 'Music & Market' on Main Street in Radium is the place to be as it features local artisans, vendors and musicians.
The property is also a five-minute walk from the public library, Springs Golf course, Wood Carver Park, and the newly developed pickleball courts, outdoor gym, and water park. There are also some playgrounds nearby for the littles to enjoy.
You'll find several beaches, boutique shops, restaurants, golf courses, hiking, and ATV trails within a 20 km radius. Furthermore, the iconic Radium Hot Springs Pools are only a five-minute drive away.
For winter enthusiasts, ski hills (ex. Panorama, Fairmont, Kicking Horse) are approximately a 45-minute to 1 hour drive away, and the Whiteway is located only 20 minutes away in beautiful Windermere. You will also find the world's longest outdoor ice skating/cross-country skiing track in Windermere.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
HOUSE RULES:
1. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. No pets of any kind are permitted on this property.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.
