Cozy cottage beachfront living in the Sanderling community! Your home sits on a sand dune directly on the private beach in Duck on the Atlantic Ocean. The unobstructed views of the waves & sunrise are mesmerizing! Easy access to the Town of Duck shops & boardwalk by walking, biking or driving. Continue north to catch a glimpse of the wild horses or do some sightseeing of the various lighthouses throughout the OBX! Community access to the Sanderling pool, tennis courts, or schedule a spa session!
4 Gulls & A Bouy is perched on the dune with walkway to the private dune walk beach access directly next to the property including foot wash. Come off the beach and enjoy the spacious outdoor shower under the home. Go up one flight of external stairs to first level of living including three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Go up one more flight of internal stairs to the main living area with amazing ocean views, fireplace, kitchen, dining, living room and master bedroom with attached bath. Enjoy the oceanside decks to soak up the breeze and salty air!
Guests have access to the entire property except for locked owner's closets.
As our guest you have access to the community Soundfront pool and tennis courts when Sanderling Amenities are available as pool is seasonal. The Resort will charge the guest as you use these amenities.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave in a pile in hamper or bathroom. Start a load of towels if you would like - not a request! Leave beds alone - do not strip!
Remove all trash from house (kitchen, bathroom, etc) place in dumpster outside of house. Make sure all dishes are clean, dry and put away.
Set AC to to 74 in summer and Heat to 68 in the winter.
Lock all doors & windows at your departure.
If a key was used please put it back in lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

In addition to my education, my love for business & entrepreneurial spirit led me to Hosting!
