The space
The beautiful apartment is recently renovated (2023). The living area is spacious and can easily accommodate up to four people staying there. There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining table that can seat at least four, big sofa and large TV for relaxing at home. There are two bedrooms, both with comfortable Queen size (160 x 200 cm) beds and plenty of wardrobe space. Every room has air-conditioning. One of the bedroom leads onto a private balcony.
There is a good size bathroom with a full size bathtub and a toilet.

Both bedrooms have Queen size (160 x 200 cm) beds, wardrobe, and air-con. One bedroom has an access to a private balcony. There is a well equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and all the cooking utensils. There is a family size dining table. The large sofa faces a TV equipped with cable tv box, which of course has high speed Internet and wifi.
Linens and towels are always provided free of charge.
Public Parking "Marchall" is just around the corner which is especially comfortable if you are travelling by car.

No special baby / yound children protection / equipment in the apartment.
Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM
No pets and no smoking.
Late arrival after 9.30 PM will be charged 20 EUR in cash upon arrival.
Late arrival after 10.30 PM will be charged 30 EUR in cash upon arrival.
Late arrival after 11.30 PM will be charged 50 EUR in cash upon arrival.
We do not accept check ins after midnight.
Time is precious for us and for you - more than 1 hour wait from our agreed meet time will be charged 15 EUR/h
PLEASE NOTE:
The front of the building is facing a historical monument which is currently under renovation (completion planned in 2026). There might be some construction noise during the day. However, with the windows closed it is silent in the apartment. The bedrooms are facing the rare of the apartment and are calm.
