Clean and spacious 50m2 apartment on the 1st floor, with a reserved parking space in the courtyard of the building. 1 bedroom with a queen size bed(160cmx200cm), and a full size sofa bed (bed size 124cm x218 cm) in the living room, ideal for up to 4 people. Grocery, pharmacy, restaurants all very close by. With a ramp to the front door and elevator inside the building.
