Most amazing home

My family and I had the most exciting experience we’ve ever had on vacation. The home was equipped with everything needed to make our stay feel home. Great pool for the kids and enough space for everyone. I would definitely recommend this home if you’re looking for a house in the middle of it all.

Great location perfect house

The house and neighborhood was perfect. After shopping or excursions during day, coming back to that pool each day end/night was perfect! Def will stay again if ever in Florida!!

Needs a good cleaning

The day we arrived we noticed that the grills were both dirty, WiFi sucks, no batteries for remotes so couldn’t change the TV’s, the living room furniture cushions had a odor and had stains on them, master bedroom bathroom Tub had lots of hair in and around it like it was not clean well, one of the twin bed was broken and in the other twin room the lamp didn’t work for the younger kids, there was trash left over in the trash can and the recycle from previous renter, also keep in mind that there are no games or any entertainment for the kids at all and the pictures didn’t show any but don’t assume, no light in the pool until I called and left a message the next day got a call back I told her all of these things and she said someone will come out around 2pm. I asked her to call me with an update and she never did and the only thing that changed was the light in the pool . Over all it could be a great place but needs a major upgrade on furniture Maybe leather due to pool and people sitting on sofa chairs making bad water damage to the cushion and needs to be kid friendly.

Great getaway

Great location. Accessible to everywhere within mins. Note: Verizon users, phones service is only available on the patio near the pool- not in the house. If you have a IPhone, you can message other IPhone users inside the house, other text messages will have to made while standing by the pool. Hilarious master shower feature: you must be inside the shower with the door closed when cutting it on. If not, the water will spray outside the shower onto the floor. Just be prepared for 10secs of cold water before it warms up. House was clean .. I will recommend it to others.

Nice resort - Villa requires a good clean and redecorating

Great gated resort. Villa nice layout, but is need of a very good clean. Also requires a good paint and making sure everything is in order. We had ants in the child’s bedroom and housekeeping was sent - we were then shown a photo of some sweets and told this was the problem - funnily enough they were no ants in the sweets just over the floor and coming out of the electric socket. We were told that they would be sending pest control the following day and didn’t need to be in - we actually had a day in the villa and no one bothered to come. The children had to sleep in the lounge the entire holiday. This villa could be very nice with a deep clean and and a refurb.

Very comfortable home.

The home was very comfortable and in great shape. Very clean. Had all the basic necessities, thoughtful. Location was convenient to all of the activities one would be in the area for. It was only my wife and I, but home was set up for 2 couples and had 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds each and fun decorations for younger children.

We loved it!!

The house could have been cleaner. We have a 1 year old so he was always playing with his toys on the carpet and his socks would end up black and he would take crumbs out from under the couches which was nasty. But over all we loved the house, and the space. It is very well decorated, has everything you could possibly need for a week stay. We would definitely stay here again just ask for it to be cleaned a little better.

The house was very nice, the amenities were few and far between.

When we arrived at the house, we noticed that the pool lights in the pool fountain we're not working. We also noticed that there were only six bath towels in the house, which would mean there was one for each of us. No pool towels, so we were expected to use our bath towels for the pool and for showering? We also noticed that there were no extra rolls of toilet paper only the one on the current role and for six people for a weeks stay that is not practical. Also, no dish soap or trash bags. We were asked to take out our trash on trash day, which is a completely reasonable request, however, with not having an extra trash bag to put back into the trash can is not reasonable. They also asked for us to take care of dirty dishes if we used them, again, totally reasonable if we were offered dish soap. I did contact the manage and they did bring towels, however, everything else was left for us to take care of. We have stayed at many, many VRBO properties in the past 15 years and this one has been the least supplied for incoming families. The house itself was large, clean and comfortable. Just be prepared to bring everything, and I mean everything you need.

Great house, perfect location, awesome pool

House was great, very large living area. Pool was great, kids were in it every single day and loved it. Area itself was very quiet and nice. Wish the play area for the kids at the resort was bigger and had a few more things to do. All in all though, highly recommend.
