Peaceful

We spent five nights in a studio room here, and our stay was peaceful, with most of our time spent out exploring the area. We did spend one entire day at the resort, renting a cabana by the water, which was incredibly relaxing. The staff were attentive, regularly checking in to assist with food and drink orders. The only thing I wish was available was a quick breakfast spot before heading out for the day.

Birthday trip

As always, the Marriott Ko O’lina Beach Club Resort does not disappoint! It is a beautiful property with lots to offer. We are not time share owners, but this is the one property that tempts me to consider it! We will definitely be back!

great vacation! Loved the property

The pools are perfect for kids and adults, the restaurants are great we arrived on Tuesday and they had a Luau that night. The vrbo owner I rented from was awesome thanks ken for helping us with the last-minute reservations and fixing anything that came up. we had a great time. The Ocean Cove is gorgeous. Waves are calm for the kids. Stayed 5 nights and can't wait to go back.

Hawaiian getaway

We had the best time! Great weather, great resort and everything that we needed was here in Ko’Olina. Staff were very responsive and friendly. We spent all the daylight hours outside and this place is gorgeous. Can’t wait to come back. (The room we had was just the right size for the two of us.)

LOVE Ko'Olina

Fantatstic property! Love coming here. It never get's Old! very enjoyable and relaxing! The grounds are always kept clean and the staff is always pleasant. We love having the Lagoon.

Awesome property with great amenities

I wasn't sure what to expect as we usually stay at Turtle Bay Resort when on Oahu, but this was much better. The onsite amenities are super. One night we bought steaks at the nearby Safeway and grilled them on the gas grills that are available on the property. In room fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, rice maker all helped with meals. The Ko Olina resort area is lovely and has walking paths throughout the four resorts there. A little shopping center with several restaurants and an ABC store rounded out the offerings.

Marriott KoOlina Beach Club was great

I would stay here again and maybe upgrade to a villa next time. The staff and front desk are super friendly. Only complaint was that the person I book the room with through VRBO is completely MIA. Didn’t really need him to be on call per se, but a friendly greeting would be nice. I would stay here at the resort again, but will not book through the VRBo again

Free upgrade!

Great VRBO. Easy to book, got upgraded for free to an Ocean front from a mountain view. My only complaint would be that I wished I had known there was no housekeeping service if staring under 7 days and/or it was an additional fee. This was t a make/break but would have been great to know. Overall great experience for 1st time VRBO and will def do again!

Buyer Beware

This listing is a standard hotel room, not a "studio". We paid for an ocean view room with balcony and got a room overlooking the community barbecue grill area and a parking lot. This is a time share development and we can only assume VRBO after market guests get least valued rooms and our bad luck with this one. We complained to Marriott once we got into the room but were told they are 99% full every night so no better option. Overall, the resort itself is very nice but the room/view did not come close to meeting. We have used VRBO for bookings all over the country and this is the first time the description (in this case a room) did not meet expectations. We will stay away from time share listings in the future.
