This condo has it all… gourmet kitchen, great balcony furniture, comfy living room and 3 great bedrooms with 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed and 2 bunk beds. The resort is packed with amenities- 3 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, poolside bar, spa services, tennis court, on-site mini mart and restaurant, exercise facility, business center, and beachfront living!



The Space:

This is a 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom condo at the Sonoran Spa Resort. Wake up to a beautiful ocean view from your master bedroom and start your day with a spacious custom kitchen that is well equipped with everything you need for great drinks and meals. Soak in the amazing views from your living room and oversized terrace throughout the day.

As you step out from the condo, you'll find yourself just moments away from the inviting shores of Sandy Beach. The calm waters of the Sea of Cortez provide the perfect opportunity for swimming, splashing, and enjoying various water activities.

However, to explore other parts of town, such as the Rodeo Drive shopping area, in-town attractions, the port area, visitors will need some form of transportation. While there are limited public transportation options available in Puerto Penasco, visitors can also use taxis or their own vehicles to get around town.Just be sure to follow all the traffic rules and stop at all stop signs, even the hidden ones!

The owners have done a really nice job remodeling this condo. We had two families and a total of 7 people and we all fit comfortably, The host was very easily accessible if we needed anything, My only suggestions would be to provide more towels for the bathrooms, both for the guests and for the floor which is going to get wet because of the way the showers are designed. But otherwise, a very nice stay and we'll likely be seeking this condo again next year.

This is our second stay in this condo and we will definitely be back! The condo is well stocked and the hosts are very responsive. The unit is very clean and well maintained. All the staff at the resort are very friendly and we love the Sonoran Grill! The only thing that needs to be fixed is the ceiling fan frequency for the fans in the master bedroom, in the living room and in the bunk room. They are all connected so when you turn the light on in 1 room it turns the lights on or off in the other rooms. This did not affect our stay and we thought it was hilarious but I imagine for some it would be frustrating. Overall 10/10 and we are looking forward to our next stay!

We had an amazing stay and cannot wait to go back! The condo was beautifully remodeled and had everything we needed. The host was amazing and was very responsive. The patio was by far our favorite place to hang out in the mornings and evenings.

Perfect condo for families

We love the Sonoran spa with all the amenities it has to offer, and this condo has been our favorite so far! It’s very spacious for large families with kids, extremely clean, and has been updated and very well maintained! The Host was very communicative and even brought over extra blankets right away for the bunks when our kids got too cold. The location is also perfect for the amazing views on the large porch and being on the end next to the stairs is super convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property and location

My 14 year old daughter was hopping up and down in excitement as she went through the condo. The property exceeded my expectations. We had a wonderful stay. The bunk beds were the deciding factor for me since we have multiple kids and I loved not hearing them complain about sharing a bed. The mattresses are comfortable memory foam. We cooked meals in the kitchen with plenty of utensils. Easy check in with coded door lock. Excellent communication. Would love to stay here again.
