Best of The Pointe is brought to you by Condos at The Pointe. Nestled in a gated community, this condo features wonderful views of Lake Taneycomo and nature from the screened in porch and sunroom. It is not uncommon to view bald eagles, water fowl, and numerous song birds from the back porch or private sunroom overlooking the lake.

Featuring comfortable furniture, granite kitchen countertop, custom cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms, beautifully decorated – you have to see it to believe it! This is a walk-in unit with no stairs or steps to worry about. Both bedrooms have comfortable king beds. We have two other 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condos just a short walking distance away.

Pointe Royale Golf Village is centrally located to everything in Branson. You are twenty minutes from The Landing, Silver Dollar City and historic downtown. You are 15 minutes away from great outlet mall shopping and 10 minutes away from The Titanic Museum on the 76 strip as well as the shows and restaurants.

Why they chose this property

Enjoy the quiet location in a Gated (with attendant on duty 24/7) neighborhood. Surrounded by the Ozark mountains on Lake Taneycomo just below Hwy 165 Scenic Overlook. Convenient location that is only 10 minutes to 76 Country Boulevard and less than 20 minutes to Silver Dollar City and Branson Landing.

What makes this property unique

The amenities at Pointe Royale Golf Village are amazing! Our condo is a well maintained, clean, and beautifully decorated unit. Being an end unit gives more windows to enjoy the lake and Ozark mountains. It offers two places to enjoy the outdoors, a screened in porch with patio table and four chairs and an enclosed sunroom with two very comfortable chairs and a small heater to keep it cozy when it is cold outside.
