o A terrace with table and chairs facing a breathtaking of the beautiful sea, where you can enjoy a glass of wine or a wonderful dinner in the romantic sunset

The apartment is suitable for couples, families with children and business travelers and it's located on the 4th floor of a five-story building with an elevator in the building. The nearest supermarket is just a minute away and Picadilly Park shopping center with its many cafés and restaurants only 300 meters from the flat (see below for other locations/distances).

The main public transportation hub, one of the advantages of this location is situated below the apartment. You can reach virtually all parts of Varna, for example the city center in just 5 minutes. Most of the public buses have air condition and free Wi-Fi connection. The cost of bus ticket is a symbolical 1 BGN (0,51 EUR / 0,57 USD).

Free parking places are available next to the building. A garage parking spot for your car with remote control is available upon request prior to arrival.
