There were four of us that stayed, the space was perfect and nicely designed. I would have given a 5 star review if there were tv’s in the bedrooms.

Great location in relation to all of Boston. We never had an issue with parking - free parking to boot! Neighborhood was lovely and neighbors were kind. The property was perfect for the three of us. Spacious, clean, private, kitchen had necessities, and coffee and sweetener were on hand. Dish soap, detergent, laundry detergent, and basic cleaning supplies were provided. It was great! Perfect for a quick getaway. Communication was great as well!
The place was nice and clean. It was strange to not have a living room and no tvs in the bedrooms. But other than that it was a great stay.

Great home in an excellent and convenient location. An easy 10-minute walk to the closest T/subway station. House was super clean, well-stocked and in a quiet residential neighborhood. Modern appliances, renovated and comfy. We had a car due to some of our sightseeing plans. Never had a problem finding free parking in front of the house or on the same block. Our host, Jay, was very helpful and quick to respond from the pre-booking stage to checkout and beyond. Would highly recommend for anyone needing a place to stay in Boston.
Overall a great stay, had a couple of minor issues that were quickly resolved the next day and double checked on the day after. Location is great, near to all. Would stay again!

What a gift to stay in this beautiful home! It has everything you need and then some. The location was a few minute walk to the bus or it's about a 15 minute walk to the train. The kitchen has all the appliances one might need. The home was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. A very important thing to note is that the hosts were super responsive before, during and after our trip. We have zero bad things to say! On a fun note, I didn't know this so I bought my own, but they supply laundry soap and coffee. I would for sure stay here again!
Checking in and out was a breeze, and the location was only a short 10 min walk to the T station which was great! Quiet neighborhood and private location. Like some other reviews mention, there is not a living room-type area, but the dining area in the kitchen was a good gathering area for us during meals. We spent most of our time out & about so it wasn't too big of an issue for us. Overall a great stay, comfy beds, clean apartment!
We had a wonderful stay! Jay responded quickly to questions and the check in/check out process was very simple. The house isn’t as close to the T as expected, so we mostly uber’ed.
It was a great stay decently close to everything we wanted to see! Jay was great about responding and ensured everything was a smooth process!

Hi Mary,
Thank you so much for your kind words! I’m really glad to hear everything went smoothly and that the location worked well for your trip. It was a pleasure hosting you, and you’re welcome back anytime!
Accurate listing, comfy beds, great communication with the host, just an overall great place. It doesn’t have a living room but we had 5 people comfortably hangout in the kitchen/dining area. Really easy to get to and check out was very simple. Would highly recommend.
Our stay worked out well for our Boston trip. It was a quiet neighborhood and only a 15 minute drive to almost everywhere we went (we adventured to a lot of places such as Boston Harbor, Cheers, Quincy Market and Snowport just to name a few) The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well kept and there was coffee to make and creamer which was a huge plus for me. Jay was quick to respond to any questions we had! If I had one suggestion it would be to put a TV in the bedroom.
Stayed here a couple nights while exploring Boston with my family. It was a short walk to the T which my kids enjoyed more than some of the attractions. Family tip, kids ride free so no need to get them T passes. Property was clean, well appointed and comfortable. Highly recommend!
We loved that this apartment was tucked away and quiet. Well equipped kitchen & everything was clean. A few improvements would be hooks in the bathrooms to hang clothes while taking a shower & a small table or stand to put toiletries. One other comment....nice TV but no place to relax after a long day. A smaller TV in each bedroom would be nice to relax & watch a show. Thank you for the cleanliness & updated appearance.

Thank you for your review. We take feedback seriously and our team have noted your feedback to look into. We hope to host you again soon.
This was much better than a hotel for my son and I. Comfy clean beds. Only downside was no real common area other than kitchen and only TV was in the kitchen. There’s no living room and no TVs in the bedrooms which were bigger than the kitchen sitting spot to use as an alternative. But great for a business person or someone only sleeping there.
