Pt Richmond has easy access via I-580 and I-80 to San Francisco, 19 miles, to Berkeley & East Bay 5 -9 miles, and to communities across the San Rafael Bridge (north on 101) to the wine country in Sonoma and Napa 35 miles.

Tenants will receive a copy of the rental agreement at the time a deposit is submitted/accepted for the reservation with all the details, rules etc.
Cancellation Policy: If a Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation. The deposit will be refunded, if cancelled 60 days prior to the Check-in Date.

There is a surveillance device that monitors the outside of the property. It is attached to the main house, monitoring the street to entry of complete property. It is not placed on the rented unit, where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy.
