Very clean and well appointed condo. My husband and I enjoyed 4 nights here, and have only good things to say. I like the small pool area that is specifically for the building, and the underneath parking spot. Just a very nice unit overall!

Savoy 203

The property was in a great location, loved that it was 2nd floor oceanfront. Didn’t like the the fact that there were no towel racks in the bathroom and the last night the toilet wouldn’t flush and we had to fix the flush handle. We saw roaches in the apartment. There looked to be black mold in the bedroom ceiling and the dining room ceiling. The queen pullout was actually a double recliner sofa, but the one staying on it thought it was comfortable although the queen sheets didn’t fit. We brought our own linens and didn’t need to use the ones provided. Other than these items we had a great time. We would stay again because of the location.

May 2024 VRBO 1 BR Penthouse

There was a odor in the condo as though no one had been there in a while. We bought air fresheners, cleaned bathroom, wiped down the kitchen. Furniture is outdated and all three chairs were worn and stained/dirty. We used the couch in the evenings for watching TV. The balcony floor was nasty, and the furniture was awful. Couldn't sit in the one chair or use the ottoman because of bird poop. The small two person table and chairs was covered with a black dirt film of some sort. Once we cleaned everything inside we felt better about the condo. If this condo was part of the Grand Cayman remodel couple years ago, it was not evident. For the few things that we could tell had been possibly remodeled, there was just as many things that you could tell got overlooked and left as is. It was just ok, I would not recommend if you are looking for clean, and odor free. The pictures in the listing are not true to what we saw once we got there. The door to the unit is not user friendly and was very hard to open and lock. We have stayed at 2 of the bigger penthouse's with our children in years past and we were very satisfied and loved our Long Bay/Savoy experience. We will try the Savoy again, just not this particular room.

Wonderful

The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities we needed. Bed was very comfortable. 2nd floor condo had great views. Right on beach, enjoyed beautiful sunrises. Quiet condo complex, we enjoyed it because it wasn’t a huge condo / hotel building . Beach was beautiful with nice harder sand to walk or run easily . Close to many restaurants near by. Was a great stay!

Room was infested with no see ums

Was looking forward to this vacation for so long but we literally got attacked by these awful mosquitoes!! They were in the room. Elliot Beach rentals did send an exterminator but it didn't work. So they put us up in another condo. It just kinda ruined the trip. We were covered in bites that were so itchy and we felt so disgusting. Im sorry for this review but o don't want anyone else to rent here until hopefully the situation is taken care of.

Amazing property and perfect location!

Can't wait to return. Great experience with the management company. A couple small plumbing issues need to be addressed but would return as soon as possible. Perfect location and easy check in.

Beautiful location

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. It isn’t a penthouse as advertised, and there were towels left in room from previous renter. However, the location is still beautiful, right on the water and condo truly has a luxury feel. Check in was totally hassle free. I would stay here again!

Excellent accommodations! Clean and modern with a full kitchen for about the same price as a hotel. The indoor pool is at the resort next door, but it's easy to access. We had a great time!

This is the perfect room for a couple. The room location is quiet, and both the bedroom and living room are ocean front. The kitchen and bathroom have been recently updated. Overall, the room is clean, bright, and nicely furnished.
