Perfect place for work and play! Close to downtown and easy access from I-40. Kick back and relax in this stylish, cozy space. Food and fun only minutes away!

This brand new, two story town home has an open concept kitchen, den and dining area on the main floor. The three comfortable and stylish bedrooms are located on the second floor along with a full size washer/dryer and balcony.

Guest have access to the entire townhome and can enter either from the front with free, street parking or from the rear using the garage access.

This beautiful new space does have stairs! It is also located near downtown where you may hear the sounds of the vibrant city to include cars and trains.

This is a terrific condo -- nice layout; well equipped; within 3 minute drive of the Convention Center and a lot of great restaurants, etc. Very quiet unit even though there is a unit above. In addition, Kathryn could not have been nicer or easier to book with. We all agreed that we'd love to stay here again the next time we're in Raleigh and can highly recommend the Eclectic Urban Retreat to others!!

We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo in Raleigh! The house is new, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. This townhouse is wonderful. It is new and clean and comfortable. Katherine has fully stocked the kitchen and supplied amenities that rival most hotels. Having a parking spot included is also a plus anytime staying downtown.
