Located in Daytona Beach/Ponce Inlet, this superb beachfront house with pool offers 3 bedrooms with king beds and 1 bedroom with a queen, and a twin bed. Two bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub, shower, and hair dryer. With amenities like iron, washing machine, Wi-Fi, heating, and AC, guests will have everything they need for a tranquil and amazing stay. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. The house accommodates 9 people very comfortably and every room is equipped with a TV, including one in the family room facing the ocean. It is located directly on the ocean, and it is on a conservation area, which means driving is not allowed on our beach. The location is quiet, secluded and especially safe for children. The house is elevated so there are a few steps to enter the property and steps down to the beach. Although it is in a secluded location, the house is a block away from Ponce Reserve Park, minutes from the Marine Science Center, Daytona Aquarium & Rainforest Adventure, Daytona Lagoon, Boardwalk & Pier, Main Street, International Speedway, Ponce Inlet lighthouse and museum, and other main attractions in Daytona Beach. It is also just over an hour from Disney and Orlando main attractions. Parties and events are not allowed.

Beautiful, Quiet Beach Stay

We had a wonderful time here. Great location. Great views. Great space. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was nice and spacious, plenty of room for our group, and the feeling of privacy while still having gorgeous views of the beach was better than I expected. Definitely recommend this place.

Great Location, House Needs a Bit of Work

This is a good vacation home right on the beach with a pool. It is a good deal for the price point. Check in was super easy and the hosts were very communicative which was great. The house could use a good deep clean. There was dirt in all the corners. And it appeared there was a white fluffy dog that stayed there before us as there was white dog hair all over. The floors also felt a bit gritty from the get go and there were some pretty big stains on the comforters in the queen/twin room. There are stair leading up to the house, which wasn’t super apparent in the listing so probably not a great option if you have someone with mobility issues. The couches are super old and look like they’ve seen much better days, but we brought some sheets to cover them and they were usable.Overall, we did enjoy our stay as you can’t beat being right on the ocean and the kids adored the pool.

Thank you for your input and suggestions. Being a direct beach front house, we use washable covers for the couches as our guests almost always sit on them after applying sunscreen from the pool and beach use, so we are not sure why you would have to use sheets to cover them but there is no harm if you chose to. As for the queen room comforters, when our cleaning crew came in after you left, it was brought to our attention of 2 small stains at the bottom of the queen comforter, which was addressed for the next guest. We inspect linens after each guest. While the cleaners were doing laundry, they also pointed out multiple bath and hand towels that are heavily soiled and possible stained. We know sometimes these things happen, so we apply bleach if possible or we replace them, as we always do. The floors in the entire house are mopped after each guest. We are sorry how it felt under your feet but rest assured, it was swept and mopped before you arrived. We were made aware that a previous guest snuck a dog in and they were charged for the extra cleaning and sanitizing. Not sure about the hair "ALL OVER " comment but did we advise the cleaners to look at the hard-to-reach areas and to take care of it. Sorry if they missed any of the dog hair. We updated the description of the house letting future guests be aware of the steps to enter the property, as it sits on the dune and is an elevated house and has steps to go down to the beach as well. Thank you for pointing that out. Also, we will make sure the cleaning company pays more attention to the corners of the rooms. We are glad you enjoyed your stay.
