Charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Saugerties recently renovated

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in our fully furnished 3 bedroom two new bathrooms . We are walking distance to HITS, minutes to our quaint village and NYS Thruway. Two bedrooms have queen beds and one bedroom has a full bed, all have beautiful dressers and large closets, kitchen is brand new. Kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Hiking and skiing are a short drive away. Pets are welcome. Come stay in our charming home and you won't be disappointed. UPDATE: Queen beds are now in two bedrooms! Fall is here so much to do, apple and pumpkin picking nearby. Lots of hiking! Come check it out. Saugerties is known for its festivals, and also a popular destination for fine dining, shopping,movie theater, entertainment, sports and tourist attractions. Annual Fourth of July, Spectacular Car Show,Between the Tides Festival and Seamon Park. Hiking, biking, First Friday events and more. We are less than 30 minutes to many popular ski resorts, afterwards come back and relax and unwind on our brand new sectional. Latest review said “HOUSE WAS AMAZING”. Dogs are always welcome 🐶New to the house Smart TV’s in all three bedrooms . Internet just updated to high speed making working from home so much easier! A fold up bed (twin) is now available making sleeping arrangements easier.

Very clean and convenient to show grounds. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect HITS House

This was the perfect house for our horse show group. We were able to walk and bike to the show grounds, and it’s seconds from town as well. The kitchen was perfect for us to do group meals, and the backyard and the new grill were awesome. The owner was very easy to communicate with. ..we would definitely stay here again.

summer holiday weekend

We had a lovely weekend at this home. it is restored nicely and has space for multiple with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Outdoor area and BBQ were enjoyed by our family. Close to village of Saugerties. Great communication with hosts. Very neat, clean and comfortable. Would return. AC worked very well.

Charming home away from home

Our family and our daughters equestrian trainer and assistant stayed for a week for HITS. Bonnie was great with answering all our questions before our trip. Upon arrival, the home was spotless and it had all the essentials and more then a hotel stay. The rooms were cozy and had very comfortable beds and linens. The bathrooms were bright and inviting. The kitchen was spacious with lots of dishes, bowls, and cutlery to eat in every night. We really enjoyed grilling and having drinks and apps on the backyard patio under the huge tree. Thank you for having all the extra outdoor seating. Our dog enjoyed the yard as well. Thank you Bonnie for sharing your lovely home. We would not hesitate to recommend and stay for our next visit.

Charming home

This is our second time staying at this charming home, we loved our stay. The owner provided some snacks for us which we loved. The house was clean and had all the extras if you forgot any necessity. We recommend this home 100%.

Amazing house close to Hudson River

This house was perfect for my overnight trip to the Hudson Valley with friends and my dog! The house was sparking clean, and all the bedding and towels smelled so fresh. Bonnie also provided anything you would need, including grilling and fire pit essentials! We had the best time!

Home in Saugherties

Bonnie’s home was perfect! It was spotless and so comfortable. The beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve experienced in a vrbo (and I have stayed st many!). The kitchen is spacious, updated and clean! Both bathrooms were also updated and very clean. It’s an easy quick fast drive into town. Grocery store 5 minutes away. I will definitely stay again and would recommend to any discerning traveler!

Great place for family to gather.

Very clean and well kept. We had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and things. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place!

This house exceeded our expectations! Upon arrival, we immediately felt at home. The house is well equipped with all the necessities. We were visiting for the horse show, and the location was perfect! I had excellent communication with Bonnie the owner throughout the entire process. We will definitely be back!

Perfect

Bonnie, the property owner, should write a ‘how to’ manual for all would be VRBO participants. The house was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed, pots, pans, pillows, bedding, firewood, paper towels, toilet tissue (not the cheap stuff)… Location is great, basically 25 minutes from most anywhere you might want to go. We could not have been more satisfied. Thanks Bonnie.

Extremely Close To HITS

As the owner of a horse farm the location to the show is everything. We were 2 minutes away from the show which made night check a breeze. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything you found need and more. We will be staying here again for sure!

Family friendly

House was a perfect fit and location for our family traveling to horse show. Well equipped new kitchen. Clean new baths w/ new fluffy towels. Living room was comfortable and DishTV was great. Bonnie was responsive and welcoming. Would definitely rent again.

The house is charming, has many amenities, good location, great hosts!

The house was spotless and had many amenities. Too bad we could not enjoy the porch due to weather, but in warmer weather, I know where I would have my morning coffee! Very comfortable living arrangements. The hosts thought of everything including sanitizers and plenty of supplies. Additionally, the hosts were prompt in responding to any questions we had, including recommendations for local restaurants, etc. Definitely recommend this place and the hosts.

Comfortable and well-appointed hime

We had a comfortable and pleasant 4-night stay and Bonnie was very prompt in responding to questions and providing suggestions. The home has an extremely well equipped kitchen and plenty of linens, soap, paper goods, cleaning supplies, etc. We were very comfortable and would love to return another time.

We will be back !

Bonnie was great to work with. She answered our questions right away. This house is very well equipped. Everything you need in the kitchen. We cooked breakfast and dinner every night. The living room had a comfortable sectional sofa . Beds were comfortable. Loved the updated bathrooms. The porch was a great spot to relax and enjoy a cocktail. Along with the yard, gas grill , table and chairs to sit and enjoy the pretty yard. This is a house we will definitely come back to.

We are Cliff and Bonnie Tienken; we're both Saugerties natives. We have other properties but rent them out year round. With this home it was love at first sight. It was only owned by one couple before us. Besides renovating the kitchen and bathroom we have painted every room and added our own touches to this home. We live minutes away if any problem occurred.
