Firstly, we regret any misunderstanding about the TV. Our maintenance team confirmed that it was in working order after your checkout. Nonetheless, we apologize for any confusion or inconvenience you may have experienced. Regarding the hot water situation, we utilize a large boiler system to provide sufficient hot water for our guests. However, we understand that you faced some challenges with it. As for the construction site next door, please accept our sincere apologies for any disturbance caused during your visit. We understand that external factors like this can sometimes be beyond our control, but we appreciate your patience and understanding. As for the blinds, appliances, and slider seals in the condo you stayed in, we want to assure you that our maintenance team was informed regarding these matters and followed up accordingly.
