In the evenings, wander Main Street to find great shops, cafes and restaurants. Regardless of the season, Breckenridge is a great place to get away for a few days, and this condo is your ideal home away from home.

On warm evenings, you may spend most of your time on the private patio with wooded views. Retreat to the living room when it gets chilly and warm up by the fireplace. Relax on the leather sectional and search through hundreds of options with the free Netflix on the brand new LED flat screen TV. Enjoyed our stay at this great condo!

I was pleasantly surprised at how much space the condo had....very functional and clean also. The location was great for us to walk into town. I've stayed up in Breckenridge many times and this was definitely one of my favorite places overall. We will be back again next year! The only issue I had with the place (previously mentioned) was the front door lock. This needs to be fixed. We had a hard time getting in and out of the unit because it took awhile to get the door locked/unlocked. Others have mentioned this as well in their reviews, so I'm surprised this hasn't been taken care of. This is my only complaint. I hope it gets taken care of for future guests.

Great condo! Great location! Walk to main street!

This was my 5th time staying in Breck and this condo is by far my favorite. The location id great and the condo is specious and very comfy. Highly recommended!

Will not return.

Condo was simple and good size for my husband and me and contained the necessities. It appeared generally clean, however the white rugs were full of hair and toothpaste. Made me wonder if the sheets were washed. Netflix didn't work. Next to a noisy gas station. Blasting music at 6 am. I woke up sweating hot (stayed in August), and no a/c. Which is understandable but opening windows makes matters even worse. The bedroom window opens into the entry hallway which is noisy, doesn't provide airflow, and a bright light directly above the window. Neighbors are heavy pot smokers and that's all you smell. I'm not the only one who has made this complaint which would be solved by a decent fan in the bedroom.

Nice but HOT

The condo itself was nice enough. Simple and good for my husband and me. It's close enough to town but I've stayed closer and would prefer that in the future. It smelled like it had been cleaned when we arrived however the white rugs were dark and covered with hair and toothpaste. The door lock was tricky but manageable. My biggest complaint is the lack of air flow/circulation. No A/C which is understandable in a ski town, but it was 80 degrees when we went mid August. I woke up hot in the middle of the nght and opened windows but the bedroom window opens into the main hall entrance. Which is not open air. And you hear everyone going by and there is a bright light right outside the window. There are great blackout curtains, but one must choose, [minimal and somewhat stuffy] airflow, or darkness. Additionally the Nextdoor neighbors actually live there and are heavy pot smokers... so that's what you smell with the windows opened. I am giving it 2 stars for being mostly clean and in a somewhat decent location, but we definitely won't be returning. All they would need to do is install a ceiling fan or just buy a nice fan to keep in the bedroom and that would have drastically changed my view on this place. I see I'm not the only one who complained about this and suggested it though.
