Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
The location was great. Walkable to town. Adults and experienced skiers will find it walkable to Quicksilver lift, but not young kids or first time skiers. Front door lock needs to be replaced. Unit was clean. Sofa bed is best for kids so the unit isn't great for 4 adults. Smoke-free unit, but be forewarned it's CO. Pot smokers are around and it seeps into the unit.
Location was great. Walk to town & lift (younger kids or beginners may not feel like they can carry ski equipment to lift). Favorite spots to eat were Motherloaded, Empire Burger, & Boatyard American Grille (Frisco). Go tubing in Frisco or sledding at Carter Park....fun! The property was clean. A new front door lock is recommended since the key for this one can be temperamental. Some Tupperware containers with lids would be useful for leftovers. The pullout coach is really only usable for kids. Too uncomfortable for adults. Although this is a non-smoking unit, we did smell other guests smoking pot on the balcony upstairs which definitely made it's way to our living room. The hallways smelled like it too. Not good when you're not a smoker and you're traveling with young children. It is Colorado so just be forewarned.
Stayed here for an early March ski trip and it was really nice. The condo was much roomier than I had anticipated and we had 4 adults plus an infant. Everything was really clean and the condo is stocked with basic kitchen supplies/ bathroom supplies/ etc.
It's a short 5 minute walk to the north side of Main St. and about a 8-10 minute walk to the Quicksilver lift. Neither were bad as long as you are in decent shape.
The condo is in a well taken care of and nice complex. It's also very quite which was great for us considering we had the baby. No one was banging around past 9pm.
I will be staying here again.
We walked to town to eat and Peak 9. Everything was convenient. The apartment was right-sized for a few days for three of us.
Stayed for 4 nights with 3 people. The condo was exactly as advertised. Very clean, well stocked. The pictures are well representative of the size and condition. Location to town is perfect. It is a 5 min walk to the bottom of the quicksilver lift. Would gladly stay here again. Only minor complaint was a loud party the neighbors had on Saturday night, but that is possible anywhere.
