Newly Renovated Beach Home. Huge backyard shared in a community of houses. Private back patio as well as a front porch. Bailie beach is only one walking block away. The beach is private and does not require any passes. *Parking permit is required to park though

The master bedroom is downstairs with a king size bed. There are three other bedrooms upstairs. Each has two beds. Two full bathrooms with tubs. New kitchen with dishwasher. All sheets, towels and kitchen accessories included.

About Phil Rubino

This house has been in my family for over 30 years and my family has spent the summers here over that time. I recently renovated it. My family have grown apart and now I am looking to share this beautiful property and location. It is surrounded by the Vineyards of Long Island, many as close as half mile.

This is a perfect getaway for families or couples always quiet. In the mornings you will wake with the birds chipping and singing. If your looking to get away from the hustle and bustle this is where you will find it. Every time I pull up to the house you feel the stress go away like I do, just serene.

What makes this house unique

The beach is only half block away, there is no need to get in your car, you can walk and you will be right there. Have lunch back at the house.

If you love wine, then you will be able to take advantage of all the local vineyards in the area. If you love to shop, Tanger outlets is about 20 min away. Love nature, you will love all the farms and fresh vegetables, produce and cheeses. Guests are required to dispose of their trash at the landfill and solid waste center in Southold: 6155 Cox Drive Cutchogue, NY 11935. Please make sure windows/doors are locked upon leaving Please make sure all AC's/heat, lights are turned off Strip all beds of sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers, and place all linens and towels in the closest bathroom. Please remove any perishables from the fridge and dispose in the trash Please make sure all of these things are taken care of. If you do not, you risk losing a portion of your security deposit to cover either damage to the house that may occur if you don’t or additional work that the cleaning crew will have to do.

Perfect accomodations for LI wineries

A group of 7 friends rented the house for the weekend. It was clean,price was reasonable, Phil was a pleasure to do business with. Our favorite part about the house was that it was down the block from the beach where we watched the sunset and walked in the mornings. We also liked sitting out in the backyard.We were able to take a cab to go to wineries & dinner. We ate at Touch of Venice Restaurant in Cutchogue, it was excellent.

Best Beach in Mattituck!

We rented the house for the month of July and had a marvelous time. The house worked well for us, clean and comfortable with plenty of room for guests. The Rubinos were wonderful, always available and making sure we were taken care of. And Bailie Beach, mere steps away from the house, is a jewel that left us breathless at every sunset.
