O apartamento é excelente, tem tudo que precisa para um ótima estadia no Rio de Janeiro. A vista e o nascer do sol são de tirar o fôlego. E tem tudo que precisa para passar uma boa temporada tranquila no Rio. O contato com o proprietário é fácil e super atencioso, cuidando de cada detalhe da sua estadia. Vale a pena ficar nesse lugar super aconchegante, perto do metro e ótima localização na zona sul do Rio.

Apartamento muito bem localizado, próximo a padaria, supermercado, restaurantes, ponto de ônibus e táxis. Vista incrível para a Praia do Flamengo. Bem mobiliado, itens novos e proprietário super atencioso e a pessoa que nos recepciona é super educada, agradável e prestativo. Prédio seguro, com portaria 24 horas. Deixou saudades e breve retornaremos. Foi uma experiência maravilhosa.

Dias muito agradáveis

Fiquei no apartamento por 4 dias, em razão de participação em um evento acadêmico na UFRJ/Praia Vermelha. Tudo foi muito agradável. Não tive qualquer contratempo ou inconveniente (nem no apartamento, nem na cidade maravilhosa). O apartamento é completo, não precisei me preocupar nem com roupa de cama. A internet wi-fi foi fundamental para quem, como eu, trabalha a distância. A vista exuberante para o Aterro do Flamengo e para o Pão de Açúcar é um plus no apartamento! Deu até ânimo para trabalhar dentro de casa kkkk. Recomendo, com toda a certeza!

Gostaria de registrar que foi extremamente agradável os poucos dias que passei neste apartamento, que além de estar equipado com tudo o que um visitante precisa tem ainda uma das mais lindas vistas do Rio de Janeiro! Recomendo por tudo e principalmente pela proximidade ao metrô e a um bairro onde se encontra de tudo! Um grande abraço!

Visual deslumbrante!

O apartamento fica muito bem localizado. Próximo do metrô, do aeroporto Santos Dumont, de parques, museus, restaurantes. A vista para o Aterro do Flamengo e Pão de Açúcar fazem a diferença. É deslumbrante! A rede é um convite o descanso. O apartamento é bem equipado, as roupas de camas e banho são novas. Enfim, esse espaço tem tudo o que é necessário para uma relaxante estadia. A Olívia e o Alex foram muito prestativos, educados e atenciosos. Recomendaria, sem sombra de dúvida, a parentes e amigos.
