Esta cálida y acogedora casa de 7 dormitorios y 4 baños se extiende sobre 4 pisos de cómodas habitaciones con amplias salas de estar abiertas y un patio trasero privado y completamente cercado. Perfectamente ubicada en el sur de Orleans, la casa está a solo minutos de los pueblos del Bajo Cabo de Chatham, Brewster y Orleans. Una hermosa playa en Pleasant Bay está justo bajando la calle.

Una exclusiva piscina oblonga de sesenta pies domina el patio trasero y es completamente privada. Los patios delanteros, laterales y traseros se despliegan sobre un acre, abundantes jardines y llenos de flores para disfrutar.

La cocina cuenta con una gran isla con encimeras de granito, una estufa vikinga, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de alta gama y una mesa de campo Country French con capacidad para un grupo grande.

Una gran cubierta de caoba al aire libre linda con una sauna de cedro para 5 personas y una ducha al aire libre de caoba con estilo de barril. Una gran bañera de hidromasaje completa las comodidades tipo resort. Una parrilla de barbacoa de gas Weber Genesis y una hoguera al aire libre, además de una generosa variedad de lujosos sillones y sombrillas múltiples hacen que 'pasar el rato junto a la piscina' sea una experiencia igual a la de cualquier hotel de cinco estrellas. (Nota: la gran bañera de hidromasaje solo está disponible fuera de temporada).

Dos de las siete habitaciones tienen baño, otra es muy grande y cuenta con una cómoda sala de estar con TV. Los cuatro baños tienen duchas, y dos de los baños además tienen bañeras, una con jacuzzi (consulte las descripciones completas a continuación).

El sótano habitación / dormitorio sótano con capacidad para 6 personas en dos camas dobles y dos literas individuales. ¡Aquí los niños (y los adultos) tienen un lugar especial para pasar el rato con un televisor inteligente y un pequeño escenario para organizar espectáculos !.

We rented this lovely, welcoming house for five nights to spend with friends who meet together on the Cape every year. Everything was as close to perfect as could be, from the easy check-in to the flawless communication with the owner, to our terrific dinners cooked in the fully equipped kitchen, to our time on the deck in the sauna and the pool. I would highly recommend!

Fun stay in Orleans

My husband & I enjoyed a week here with our 4 children their spouses & 6 grandchildren, ages 3-8. The huge kitchen & especially the pool were a hit with everyone. The bedrooms were not ideal but we made it work.

Beautiful property

We had a large group that stayed at the house over a long weekend. We ended up staying in due to the weather and the house was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone and many things to do. Really clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again!

A bit of heaven

We had a family gathering with 10 adults and kids from 3-16. The house was perfect with enough room to spread out and a dream kitchen/dining area. The deck and pool were terrific and it is in a great location. Jeff and Mary were wonderful and responsive hosts.

Wonderful family home with comfortable gathering spaces for our extended family. We enjoyed the pool and deck areas every day as we had great weather, but the indoor spaces are equally appealing and accomdating. Our host was welcoming and responsive. We had a great week!

High School Graduation Class Trip

Accommodating, spacious. Well appointed kitchen, plenty of bathrooms and fun outdoor vibe for 16 teenagers and 3 teachers. The host was easy going, yet professional and considerate. Highly recommend for a large group.

Amazing, comfortable stay

We loved Jeff and Mary's place! Booked for a Cape bachelorette party and knew the weather might be iffy so we wanted some place cozy. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures, with comfortable beds and a stocked kitchen. And entertaining ready with a stereo system, a beautiful patio, and large tvs. Jeff is very prepared with check-in materials and super communicative. Totally recommend their place!

Family Reunion for 90th bday of grandmother

17 of us stayed in Jeff's home and it was perfect for our family reunion with family aged 17-90. The best part was the huge well stocked kitchen and the beautiful outdoor space with a pretty pool and lots of seating. Jeff was super responsive and pleasant and easy to deal with. We had a fun day doing Art's Dune Tour in Provincetown and lobster rolls at Day's Deli nearby. Highly recommend.

September family reunion

This house was a great fit for our family get-together. The kitchen was a cook's delight! It was well-stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, and silverware for all of us, along with an assortment of pots, pans, and kitchen accessories. The large table in the kitchen allowed us to eat together and play games/puzzles. There was plenty of room in the house so we weren't on top of each other. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this house in a heartbeat.

My family of 11 had a lovely week even though the weather was less than ideal. The home is very spacious with our favorite room being the huge kitchen with a table big enough to seat everyone. Meal preparation was easy with the fully stocked kitchen and having everyone be able to eat together and play games was fabulous. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor shower. Jeff is incredibly responsive both beforehand with booking questions and during the stay when we couldn't figure out how to lock one of the doors. There are a couple of very slight negatives. We did not find the beach to be walkable and it wasn't the greatest beach to even drive to. We drove 15-25 minutes to 3 different beaches during the week. Not a deal killer by any stretch. Also, the AC is not central air and the window units were pretty loud in the bedrooms. It was pretty cool at night so we slept with the windows open and AC off when we could. All in all a really enjoyable week with the family.

Family Fun

Listing exactly as described. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 6 children. Host was extremely attentive and available. Pool, bunk beds, stage with karaoke machine, big hit with the kids. Nearby beaches, especially Skaket, were beautiful. Well equipped kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay at Jeff's house. We were 6 couples with a total of 9 children from a few months old to 3 years. The space had room for all of their toys, etc. And the pool and deck area gave great outdoor space.

Cape Cod vacation

Perfect venue and layout for our large extended family with each family group having their own area and bathroom and the teen boys in the bunk room. Great central location to explore the Cape and your dog can explore worry free in the large fenced in yard. Pool also got a lot of use. The A/C unit for the bunk room failed during our stay but owner had a new unit delivered within hours and we just hooked it up since install was easy.

12 friends had a fabulous time escaping to this beautiful home. Everything from the kitchen to the sauna was well-used and much-enjoyed. Having a soaking tub and also whirlpool tubs inside and outside? Glorious. Everything was precisely as advertised, and when we had a question, the owner was extremely responsive and courteous. We were delighted with our experience and hope to come back again!

Perfect family retreat

My family and I were so pleased with this beautiful house! Tucked away on a lovely landscaped and private lot, In ground pool, sauna and outdoor shower were perfect for staying home with the three babies. The bedrooms were spacious enough to accommodate full sized cribs. The Huge farm table in the kitchen allowed us to have a big family dinner every night. We had a BBQ and sat by the fire pit and stared at the sky with a million stars. Absolutely epic vacay in a perfect cape house! I recommend this house to anyone with a large party of guests who just want to relax! Jeff is a great host and answers texts immediately. You will not be disappointed!

Exceptional Week on the Cape!

The property and the gardens are amazing! Plenty of room for our daily bocci ball tournaments. We were a party of 10; ages 5 y/o through 97 y/o. The house accommodated our family, perfectly. The pool was fantastic; there was always someone in the pool. We spent most of our time either on the deck (day) or in the living room (evening). There was ample room for everyone to sleep, read, talk, and relax. We spent most evenings at home; barbecuing and cooking in the massive kitchen! The property is centrally located. Close to Chatham, Orleans, and Brewster. The grocery store was a 5 min drive. We would highly recommend this property.

Cape Cod beauty

What a beautiful and welcoming home that so many people were able to enjoy making so many wonderful family memories there together! It was like a precious gem that was secluded and private like it’s own compound. It was like a retreat with all the amenities like the pool and sauna and hot tub and so many living spaces…to read, lounge or enjoy playing a game. So grateful to have enjoyed spending time there with others enjoying every detail of the property providing anything and everything to make an unmistakable memory for all that were there. The home felt like it was a welcoming warm hug the moment you walked up the front path to the front door. The owners were very accommodating and welcoming. This is the first vrbo I have rented that is actually larger than it looks online. A true "10"

Girls weekend 2023

This was our annual girls weekend usually around 20 or so, this year a bit less at 16. The house was perfect for our gathering. Huge, lovely well appointed kitchen was perfect for all of us to prep, cook and serve together. Also clean up was quick with all the sink and dishwasher options. The bedrooms are well thought-out and the decor throughout is beautiful. The living room is so cozy and comfy for all to gather. The deck with its sauna, hot tub tables chaises and chairs was perfect as we had unseasonably warm weather! We still managed a fire in the fire pit at night which was beautiful as well. Bathrooms were beautiful and more than enough for all of us. The girls loved the karaoke machine in the basement...much fun and laughs ensued. Jeff could not have been a nicer host bringing us a gorgeous flower arrangment for the front hallway to greet us on arrival and wine at the ready on the island as well as dropping off two delicious local bakery coffee cakes which everyone loved. This was a memorable and relaxing weekend for all...thank you Jeff and Mary for your hospitality! We will be back.

Cape Cod Beauty

Seventeen members of our family stayed in this beautiful house. Five of the six bedrooms were large, the sixth quite small -fine for sleeping but with little unpacking space. The kitchen was large and very well equipped. We brought in some chairs from the deck to accommodate all of us at the table. Both children and adults spent a lot of time on the spacious deck and in the pool. We had one electrical problem which the owner helped us with immediately. A few things to be aware of. There is a rumpus room, tv, and three beds in the cellar. It was very warm with minimal circulation so the children were unable to sleep there. We missed two amenities from home: there was no garbage disposal in the sink and only air conditioning in the bedrooms. It was unseasonably warm during our stay so the house was quite hot during the day. Whale watching which took off from Barnstable was a highlight for all of us. We also enjoyed biking, walking, kite flying, and a drive up to Providencetown. However, there are activities galore in Orleans and all over the Cape. We were in Orleans during peak season so every place was quite crowded. My recommendation would be to visit in June or September. This house worked out perfectly for us and I would recommend it for anyone with a large group.

Big/Nice house, very nice owner

We had 14 ppl age 2-75 and there were a lot of great things about the house: check in was easy and the owner Jeffrey let us check in early. He was very friendly and easy to communicate with the entire time! The house has a big kitchen for family dinners, a big sitting room, a tv room that we made a playroom, a big pool (not heated), a hot tub which we used a bunch, outdoor shower and a fun karaoke stage in the basement. The deck was great for dinners and we used the grill and fire pit. One room is very small- just fits a bed and a dresser. It’s also the only one on the first floor. The downstairs “kids room” ended up not working out because the bunk beds don’t have rails, the big kids hit their heads because they are up so high, and the downstairs also has a furnace room and a garage, neither of which can be locked, which didn’t work for our very curious 3 and 4yos. The top floor bedrooms are also railroad style so you have to walk through one to get to the other/the bathroom which wasn’t ideal. I think showing a floor plan would help this listing. This is our third summer on the cape all together and the other two houses we stayed in had a garage full of fun - bikes, kayaks, toys, etc. this house didn’t come with anything (inc beach towels) which was hard as we flew in. It’s also between 2 main roads which made running/walking challenging. Can’t walk to beaches but close drive to everything else! We won’t stay again but would def work for others!
