Relax on the gulf front balcony that overlooks the emerald surf, walk or bike the paved path that runs along the 20+ miles of Scenic Hwy. 30A, or experience local cuisine and fun shopping amenities, all within 15 minutes east or west of the condo. Bring your furry family member for an additional, non-refundable pet rent of $150.

Take advantage of the full, well stocked kitchen to prepare eat-in meals, or head to Rosemary Beach to the east or Seaside to the west to sample delectable local dishes and explore the shops that feature creative wares from local artisans. Either way, there's plenty of food and fun nearby to fill your special vacation with memories to last a lifetime!

The beach was great and so were the restaurants. The room mattress was very uncomfortable, the furnishings were worn and we encountered a huge cockroach. We still had a good time but will not stay here again unless they get a new mattress.

Great location, needs work on the inside

Loved the location. Easy access to the beach. Beach is not crowded. Had keyless entry to the beach and your condo. New deck. Beautiful view. Clean. I gave this condo a 3 because it needs work on the inside. None of the doors really stay shut. The shower needs a new head. All the ceiling fans sound like they are about to fall when turned on. The bed is sunk in. There was no broom to sweep up sand with. I would stay in this condo again I just hope to see some improvements for the amount of $$ you pay to stay here.

Very happy with the property

Condo was not dingy and dirty as previous reviews stated, so maybe it was fixed. Everything was great, and the management company was very nice and very responsive (we accidentally showed up a bit early due to time zone confusion). The view was the best in the building, there wasn't much noise, and there was always plenty of parking (though some space lines would help). About the only thing I think needs changed is the shower-head is due for an update. Overall I enjoyed my stay immensely.

Needs a good cleaning and renovation.

I have never written a review on properties I've staved but I was so unpleasantly surprised by the lack of upkeep on this unit. It's taken a real beating. It's grossly dirty - wall, floorboards, cabinets, dusting are all really dirty. There is not side lamp to read in the bedroom and lighting is dark and dingy. Furniture is beaten up and over scale and there is a serious fire hazard in the kitchen because there is only one electrical outlet to plug all appliances on. There is no space in the kitchen for groceries and it's impossible to cook in there. Could not even find a can opener. Summarize by saying it's "gross". This was to be a vacation but I'm cleaning everything with disinfectant. If I could, I would post pictures but I don't see where this website allows. May try to post on another website

Perfect view

First thing, the view from our balcony was unbeatable. We had a great stay, and would book it again. The size was perfect for my wife, 6 year old daughter, and me. I'll just go room by room.

Master bedroom is a good size but gets somewhat dwarfed by the huge bed. The bed "unit" has built in shelves and cabinets, which offer great storage, but at the price of floor space.The real issue in that room is definitely the vertical blinds. With the fan on at night, the blinds wave all over the place, making clicking noises every time they hit each other. Got really annoying, so we had to use masking tape to secure them to the wall. Closet was big enough to hold our suitcase and clothes. The one thing that confused us in this room was the ancient TV with built in VCR. Couldn't watch TV since there wasn't a cable box, and the VCR was out of order, even if we had brought our VHS tape collection with us from 1989. Again, this TV cabinet was unnecessary and just consumed floor space in the room.

Bathroom was a nice size with tons of counter space. Worked great for us this week. Washer/dryer in the closet keep the doors from closing completely, but we were just glad to have them in the unit.

Kitchen was tight, definitely a one-person-at-a-time space. Had a full-size fridge, which was great. Washing machine and range looked newish. Getting to the coffee maker and microwave was a little challenging, since they were on the counter at the end, next to the fridge. Also, there isn't a grill for the complex.

Living room was awesome. Views obviously helped. Couch was old, and we didn't bother unfolding the bed part. Daughter slept on the couch, with sheets and blankets over cushions. The tallest windows weren't covered, so mornings were a little bright in there. We ended up making a little tent over the couch with an extra sheet we brought, and my kid LOVED IT. Helped block the light to, so she slept later. Has a couple of chairs as well, so we could all spend time in there together. Dining table behind the couch was big, and made walking around in that area a little tight, but was nice to sit around and eat together. TV in the living room was newer, and we enjoyed that at nights to wind down.

The balcony was perfect. Beach views and breezes, waves crashing on the beach. Couldn't beat that space. Our daughter wanted to do everything out there. That's the part I'll miss the most.

Overall, great unit. Needs polishing up, and a few updates, but it works.

Great location

We visited 30A for the past ten years and this rental was one of the best. Although the unit is a bit dated you definitely cannot beat The location, right in Seacrest beach, only 9 units in the building which is great, perfect for a couple. Breathtaking views from the oversized balcony, great value for your bucks!
