Just a short golf cart ride to Publix and minutes from Brownwood Square, you'll have easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Mangrove Executive Golf Course, while multiple pools and recreation centers offer endless leisure options. This home boasts a private, screened lanai with a water view, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable king master suite with an ensuite bathroom.
