The owner of this unit is an interior decorator, and you'll be able to tell the second you walk into the space. This Eagle's Nest unit is one of the best in the complex because of furnishings and lake views. The luxury outdoor furniture will make you get up early to enjoy your coffee! You'll love all of the amenities - free wifi, washer and dryer, flat screen televisions, outdoor pool, and so much more! There is also a hot tub, new playground area, hiking trails, and tennis courts to enjoy! Welcome home!

-Living Area -
There is so much space to spread out and relax in this condo! The living area is very open, and we've included plenty of movies and games so you'll have all that you need to make wonderful family memories that will last a lifetime. The view from the living area is spectacular! The sleeper sofa is fitted with luxury linens, and the kitchen is open to the living area so you'll never be far from a quick snack. We also love to spend time on the deck. Just wait until you see the 180 degree views of the beautiful Ozarks and the huge view of the lake.

- Two Bedrooms -
You will love the two suites in this condo! The beds are fitted with high-thread-count sheets, and we hear all the time from our guests that these are the most comfortable beds they have ever slept in. Want to keep an eye on the big game while the family is watching a movie in the living area? We've included a flat screen television in both bedrooms for that purpose! The bedroom suites also have their own private bathrooms. This condo sleeps up to six guests.

- Fully-Equipped Kitchen -
Our guests tell us that they enjoy cooking their own meals while on vacation, because it gives them more time together as a family. We provide everything you need to make your favorite meal - muffin pans, a crock pot, cookie sheets, and plenty of plates and utensils. The kitchen is also open to the living area, so everyone gets to stay in on the conversation.

Beautiful property and view of the lake from the well furnished balcony. Kitchen was well supplied with everything one would need to stay for days. Our host was in frequent communication with us making sure we had everything we needed. Branson is one of our favorite destinations for travel and we will definitely try to book this property on a return trip.

We provide our guest with a 24 hour helpline (we also check on our guests by text 24 hours after arrival to make sure they don't need anything) if case any issues arise during the stay, and while we are disappointed this was not utilized so our guest could have had these issues remedied, we appreciate the feedback and have reported them now.

Everything was great! The only thing I didn’t realize is there were stairs to get up to it which isn’t terrible but we have two under 2 so that was kinda hard for us but the place was beautiful! Would definitely stay again! The only trouble we had was with the washer it would work just not get your clothes dry when it would spin so I had to keep them in the dryer for a long time!

In the future be sure to note that you would like a walk in unit or an elevator and we can help you figure that out. Many units in the Branson area have stairs. Sad to say that we didn’t get to use our vacation time at this beautiful place. My 92YO mother had a bad fall on 3/13, she passed away on 3/19. The service/funeral was on 3/27. Our Branson vaca was planned for the week of 3/22, so we were unable to make it happen. The owners were wonderful to deal with through this entire cancellation process. We will be booking this place in the future, once life settles down and we can coordinate calendars.

We were traveling with our 2-year-old child for a week. This little condo was perfect for the 3 of us while we adventured around Branson and Table Rock Lake. Generally the unit is safe for littles, just remember there aren't locks on cabinets, etc. and it's a little bit of a tight fit to get a pack and play next to the bed. We tried to walk one of the little marked paths to go to the lake, and it was more like an unpaved hiking trail and longer than we expected (especially with a toddler) so we were a little disappointed. We didn't have time to try the other path that was marked, maybe it was better. However, there's a free public swimming area a short drive away at the Indian Point campground, so that was an easy fix. Convenient parking right by the entrance to the unit. The balcony was beautiful and comfortable, the sun shade helped keep the whole condo cool in the hot sunny hours. The bathrooms were nice and spacious. Having a washing machine & dryer plus detergent in the unit was incredibly helpful. Everything was well-maintained. Instructions were clear regarding the A/C unit, cleanup/checkout process, who to contact with questions, etc. Our contact responded to text messages quickly. Most Branson attractions are a reasonable drive (20 min or less) so we could be out and back in time for our kiddo's nap time. Walmart is about 15 minutes away so grocery and supply runs were quick as well. Thank you for helping to make our first family vacation a great one!
