The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place the TV and ceiling fan remotes on the table in the room where each belongs
Take all the trash out to the bin outside up the driveway next to the well tank.
Make sure all windows and screens are closed. Return the pool table balls racked on the table, and place the ping pong balls, Xbox items, and foosball pieces back in their original spots
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We were drawn to this location because it strikes the perfect balance between convenience and privacy. It’s close enough to enjoy nearby attractions like Bass Lake and Yosemite, while still feeling secluded and peaceful, offering a true escape. The beautiful surroundings, with hiking trails and streams, made it the perfect place to create a space where we could relax and unwind, while still being able to explore everything the area has to offer. Plus, you can try your luck at the nearby casino when you’re looking for a little excitement
