Good news, we were able to take our 2 dogs, although the reservation showed a 75 fee for each, but at check in, we were charged 100 each. I asked about it at check out and was told the rates went up after I made my reservation and the system had not been updated yet. She said a manager would contact me about it. Property is tired. Updating is in process, but common areas are dark and one of the original two rooms assigned to my party had a strange almost toxic smell. We were able to move to a different room but it wasn’t accessible for my disabled father so got another room for him and my stepmom. This one still had a tub instead of walk in shower, but did have hand rails and a shower seat was offered. My room was light and fresh and quiet, but still in need of repainting and general repairs. My parents’ room was on the street side and traffic was loud. The air conditioner and refrigerator were also loud. We had to unplug the refrigerator the second night to sleep. Also, the catch on the room door was bent, so entry required a huge shoulder push to make the door open. I reported that at check out and was told there is already a work order for it.
