In this two bedroom, one bathroom home, both bedrooms have queen mattresses, as well as closets and dressers (so great storage for both short and long term guests). There is a room with a desk, chair and door that can be used an office. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, electric stove and oven, as well as a full size refrigerator and freezer. The living room is cozy and comfortable with a new reclining couch.

We communicated prior to our stay that the two month paid in advance stay was no longer required. The owner kept every penny. Unprofessional, greedy, horrible business. Demonstrate the lack of the ability to be a rental owner.

The house was nice with good off-street parking. But we were not used to such a busy street.

Dingy and disappointing

This property is in an undesirable location in Huntsville. While the photos show a decent property it is not. It has been ‘fixed up’ but the smell, mustiness, mold, and mildew make it impossible to stay in. I would be sick from staying there due to mold. We walked in and walked through the house upon check in and knew it was NOT up to VRBO standards. The saddest part is that VRBO won’t refund us our money and they say it is up to the host and the host says it’s up to VRBO. We had to rent a hotel and double our lodging cost for our trip to Huntsville. This is a BIG NO to rent.
