*The Resort is conveniently located on Highway 17 Business.



The Space:

*Studio on the 4th floor (Renaissance Building) Relaxing & comfy place

* 1 queen bed and 1 pullout sofa in the living room

*kitchen equipped with all basics

*AC

*flat screen TV.

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and smart TV available.

*Pets are not allowed.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.

🚗 Parking Information: Parking is not included with the reservation. The resort charges $10 per vehicle, per day, payable directly at the security gate upon arrival. This fee is set and collected by the resort and is not included in the nightly rate.

The condo was perfect for the 3 of us. We enjoyed the view of the ocean. How close the beach was from the condo. It was quiet. Was equipped with everything we needed.
