Nick and his group were great guests that I would absolutely welcome back anytime! They treated my home like their own. The house has the perfect set up for them, private yet spacious to enjoy. My living room area was ideal for their sports games to be watched with the ocean & beach as their background. Each room is equipped with top-of-the-line mattresses for comfort which I know Nick was very pleased with. It was an all around great stay and I'm looking forward for their return!

What a beautiful family I came to meet with Jeannie’s stay, they were an absolute joy to accommodate. The house was a perfect fit for the large group which they made great use of every nook and cranny :) Jeannie and her family treated my home as if it were theirs, and now it is! I am always available to assist my guest in making sure they are having a great time experiencing all the property amenities and was happy to refer Jeannie a private chef for a fabulous meal! I do hope to welcome Jeannie back to her new home anytime of year!

It is always my pleasure to welcome families to my beautiful beachfront home. As listed, this is a luxury home with both Oceanfront and Bay views, truly a spectacular sight. The property was built with careful consideration for a family to enjoy. Providing ample space and top of the line amenities which do include glass doors so the views within the home are unobstructed… every guest truly appreciates this detail. I do understand things/incident can happen and I am very grateful that there was no injury. Please note, that I was skeptical that the teenage kids would play around the home, given that its not meant for teenagers to run around in. You then advise only 7 kids would be in the property, watched by their respective mom, but as I understand it, your extended family who rented the house nearby that was not oceanfront and without any views would make sense to also spend time in my property which as you mentioned, brought a total kid count to 13. I was concerned about the number of kids as again, I did not approve them in the property, as my property is a luxury home but it did feel as though, the house was used as a summer camp/playground. I do take pride in my home as my husband built this luxury home for our family. I personally have designed and made sure to take proper care of my home with a property manager to handle all of the ongoing maintenance. I have to say, your review did have some mentions that I disagree with and my 5 star reviews speak for itself. Additionally, I did wish to mention that, as stated in my House Rules, because of the number of guests that come through, I have found in my many years of hosting, Guests do prefer their own toiletries including Shampoo/Conditioner items. I do however provide soap, PLENTY of bath towels, face & hand towels as well as beach towels for my guests. I wish you would have communicated with me further if these were additional items you wished to have in the home as I always work to make sure my guests are as best accommodated as possible. This would have been an easy fix.

This is the reason I list my space... to have families come and enjoy their time together in my beautiful beachfront home just as you did! You were great guests :)

When we designed the house, we were very thoughtful to create a home that will not just be big enough to accommodate a family but more importantly to allow for everyone to enjoy the space together. I am happy to know you took well advantage of that and had the best time. It really brings me joy knowing I can offer my guests these special intimate and memorable moments.
