Very updated (fully redone recently), huge fireplace, hot tub, fast wifi and great views. Private neighborhood beach (rubicon beach, considered the most beautiful one on the lake), stunning hiking trails from the front door. Dog friendly, fully fenced.

Beautifully appointed, well stocked, 15 from tahoe city, 30 from south lake (when Emerald bay is open).

I am a long time Tahoe resident and this is my home when it isn’t rented. I’ve put a ton of work into this house making everything top of the line and a sanctuary on the lake.

Why they chose this property

Rubicon neighborhood is considered one of the top most beautiful spots on the lake. The hiking trails out the front door are world renowned and our private neighborhood beach is stunning turquoise water, a huge shared dock, a volleyball court, parking, and never crowded because it’s private.
