This is a great property in a perfect New Orleans location. Everything was as described and the property is clean and well maintained. Jules is great at communicating with guests. We would definitely stay here again.
Throwback in time. The home embodied all the characters of New Orleans the layout, the decor and the walk thru windows all unique to the city. I would recommend this home to anyone that wants the flavor of New Orleans without the over exuberant crowds of Burton St.
The property is lovely, historic and extremely charming. It is in a wonderful location! Parking and check in was easy peasy. It reminded us a lot of a place we stayed while in Paris. During our trip, New Orleans experienced some tremendously cold weather and unfortunately, the old 1800's building is just not insulated that well. It was uncomfortably cold in the main living area. Our host Julie was very responsive and kind and helped us to find a workable solution. We would certainly like to stay there again during a milder time of year.
The flat/condo was perfect for my friend and me. Terrific neighborhood we felt safe and walked everywhere or took streetcar or short lyft/uber trips, grrat cafes and restaurants and boutique shops on Magazine street, comfortable beds, interior design had delightful New Orleans charm with very modern upgrades in kitchen/bathrooms. Highly recommend! And Jules was an extremely accommodating host.
This residence was within walking distance to the WWII Museum, which a must see. You are close enough to walk through the Garden District. The place itself was huge, bright and as described. We recommend staying here.
This was a quaint place located in the garden district. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to visit and just a short walk from the park and the street car system. Street parking was available however if it was not, there was also a parking lot directly across the street. It was well lit outside and felt very safe!
This property was super quiet, cool and charming. Everything was very clean, and we loved being so close to everything New Orleans has to offer. Would definitely stay there again and recommend! The host was very kind.
Great location to visit the Garden District, WWII Museum and French Quarter. The unit was perfect and Jules was very helpful with dining options. Quick to reply too.
Great location! A short walk to the on/off bus which was fun! Convenient to great restaurants and fun shopping. Looking forward to coming again. Jules is great host!
The house is beautiful and spacious! The hosts were responsive and warm . They offered wonderful recommendations for the area and they live nearby and were immediately responsive when we needed assistance with the a/c. We loved sitting on the second story balcony sipping wine and watching the world go by. The kitchen was well stocked and useful. One thing to note . There are stairs and you need to use care if you aren’t used to using stairs. Great restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. We even walked into downtown and Canal street and French quarter. Our favorite area though was the Garden district neighborhood.Walking magazine street and sampling the local restaurants , bars and shops was wonderful. The architecture in the neighborhood was beautiful and captivating . If you get a chance ride the Saint Charles Street car line just to marvel at the grandeur. We can’t wait to return .
Second time in this apartments. They are so perfect that honestly I wish it was my own. Design outstanding. Location, super cool! Cleanness was perfect.I would always go back and recommend as wellThanks
This is the perfect location. Close to shops and restaurants or just a quick walk to the many bus stops. Quiet neighborhood. Jules is a lovely host! Would stay here again over and over!
Fantastic location, we really enjoyed Magazine Street, and meeting all the wonderful people that we met along the way. We lived the nostalgia of the unit, and sitting out on the balcony enjoying coffee. Our host were very friendly and extremely helpful. We’ll definitely be back!!
Weather was very nice for walking and exploring the area. Host gave me plenty of information regarding where to eat which was easy to walk to.
Too bad the impending weather cut our trip short, hopefully everyone is safe in New Orleans
