We are 800 meters north of the town of Potrero, in the only property on this beach!
We are part of a beautiful gated community of 12 houses on six acres of gardens called Villas Estival.

Our villa is only steps away from the sea! Sunsets, wifi, cable tv, pool and beautiful gardens are included!! and daily housekeeping too!!

Casa Las Sirenas has 3 comfortable bedrooms. A master en-suite bedroom with queen bed and pillow top, a large flat screen tv with cable channels in english, and a walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom has granite countertop, modern sink and a large shower. The second bedroom has two queen size beds with new mattresses and lots of closet space! This room shares a spacious bathroom with granite countertop, modern sink and a large shower with the social area of the villa. The third bedroom occupies the whole second floor and has two twin beds and two bunk beds, and a large en-suite bathroom with granite countertop, modern sink and a large shower. All bedrooms have their own individual ACs and there are refreshing fans all throughout the villa.

The kitchen has all the modern touches you would need: granite countertops, big frost free fridge, big stove and oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, rice cooker, pots, pans, dishes, flatware and even wine glasses!

Next to the kitchen is our large dining room featuring a whole tree trunk as table! The space can be opened to feel the sea breeze and its like dinning outdoors!

Our beautiful outdoor terrace/living room lets everyone enjoy the views of the pools and the beach while relaxing and making the most of your time there!

In the neighboring villages and towns, which include Flamingo, Las Catalinas, Brasilito and Conchal (resort and golf course), you will find lots of restaurants, bars and small grocery stores. Tamarindo and Playa Grande, one of the surfing capitals of the world, are only 40 minutes away. Here you can also enjoy the big beach town with lots of shops, activities and night life.

Close by you can find many opportunities to get active: fishing, sailing, kayaking, scuba diving, snorkeling, paddle boards and sea doo rentals, hiking, horseback riding, canopy tours and atv adventures are all available.

From Villas Estival it is an hour drive to the big city of Liberia and Liberia International Airport. Transfers can be arranged but if you are planning on seeing lots and getting active a rental car is recommended. One hour further north you can get to Rincon de la Vieja volcano with thermal springs and hot mud baths. Just a little further north is Nicaragua and three hours away you will also find Arenal Volcano with all of its charm and activities and the town of Monteverde with its beautiful rain forest.
