The Space:
Beautifully decorated unit with open concept kitchen, dining, and living room featuring an airy 16’ vaulted
ceiling with comfortable seating.
First floor bedroom has a queen bed and nightstands with built-in USB ports, a dresser with plenty of drawer
space, and a walk-in closet. The attached bathroom has a raised single vessel sink vanity with granite
countertop and tub/shower combo ensuite.
Large second floor bedroom has a queen bed and bedside lights with USB ports, nightstands and dresser,
plus a walk-in closet. The attached bathroom has a raised single vessel sink vanity with granite countertop
and tub/shower combo and great lighting.
The sleeper sofa in the living room provides comfortable bedding for two additional guests.
Enjoy the private patio off the living room with seating, outdoor shower, and your own gas barbeque grill.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo and adjoining private patio with your own private
entrance to the unit. Convenient private, free parking for 2 vehicles right outside your door. Parking lot is
electronically monitored by a Ring camera and the unit has an easy electronic entry lock with private code.

The Surfside Beach Pier is short stroll away and is the heart of this charming beach town. Stretching
over 800 feet into the Atlantic Ocean, this iconic pier offers stunning panoramic views of the Grand
Strand coastline. The pier is a great spot for fishing or just strolling, as it has numerous benches and
railings for a relaxing time by the water. If you are into fishing, Perry’s Bait & Tackle shop on the pier is
your go-to place for renting fishing rods, buying bait, or purchasing your fishing pass. It’s a perfect
spot to enjoy the serene sound of the waves or to take in a beautiful sunrise or sunset.

cruising the area, and numerous miniature golf courses nearby, along with boutique shops where you
can pick up beachwear, souvenirs, or unique gifts, as well as casual dining spots where you can grab
a great meal. It’s a relaxed atmosphere that captures the charm of this small beach town. (Don’t
miss Benjamin’s Bakery & Café for breakfast or lunch!)

5. Surfside Beach & Recreation Areas
Surfside Beach itself is the town’s crown jewel, with its wide, pristine sandy shores perfect for

sunbathing, beachcombing, strolling, or just watching the waves roll in. It’s known for being a family-
friendly beach with lifeguards on duty during the summer peak season, so you can feel safe while

enjoying the water. The beach is clean and accessible, with foot showers, and restrooms
conveniently located along the shore. You can rent umbrellas and chairs for a comfy day under the
sun or bring your own beach gear.

6. Other Attractions in the Area
Check out the lively night life in nearby Murrell’s Inlet (7 miles south) with numerous outstanding
restaurants and bars situated along the beautiful Marsh Walk. Or head north (9 miles) to take in the
Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and all the entertainment and dining options of downtown Myrtle Beach.

The Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area is commonly called the “Golf Capital of the World” with over 100

This was my fourth year in a row staying at this property (twice at this unit and twice at the neighboring unit). Unfortunately, this year was the first time I left disappointed.In the past, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. The units were always clean, comfortable, and well-kept, and communication with the owners or managers was quick and helpful. Even as recently as 2024, everything was in great condition, which is why I felt confident returning again. This stay, however, was very different. The flooring was coming up in several areas, the railing was broken outside, and the air conditioning did not function properly. It seemed to be on a schedule and wouldn’t cool for long periods of time below 70 degrees at night, making the unit uncomfortably warm and difficult to sleep in. Reliable A/C should be a given at the beach. Communication also felt slower than in the past. Before arriving, I sent a question in the late morning and didn’t receive a reply until mid-afternoon. It wasn’t an emergency, but in prior years responses were much quicker, which made the property feel more personally cared for. The property seems to have declined in just one year, possibly due to changes in ownership or management. It no longer feels as well-maintained or responsive as it once did, which is disappointing after three excellent stays. The location itself is still good, and this place could be enjoyable again if management invests in repairs and improves communication.
