Residential complex itself is situated on the large inner square with access to the restaurants, coffee shops with local and international cuisine and also to supermarket Marjane ( which located under the square).
Inside the residential complex you will find a private swimming pool (which is open only during the summer).
Train station is just 10 min away by taxi, city port is 5 min by taxi, airport is about 20-30 min.

Apartment features are : full equipped kitchen, living room with a divided dinning and sitting areas, 2 bedrooms with comfortable king size as well 2 single beds, and 2 bathrooms ( one of them has a bathtub). terrace with amazing view to the old Medina. Oh, you should see the sunset from this balcony, it’s just breathtaking.
