This four bedroom and two bathroom second level condo is located in the Stillwater which is the newest high-end luxury building in the Bridges Bay Resort complex. This features a private outdoor pool, rooftop lounge, and is lakefront on East Lake Okoboji. Your reservation includes six daily passes to the Boji Splash Waterpark. Bridges Bay Resort offers two direct waterfront restaurants the Waterfront American Grille and Bracco World Cafe and; Beach Bar, live music, on-site fitness center, arcade and game room, private fully stocked fishing pond, basketball court, outdoor children`s play station and outdoor shelter with gas grills.

Living room offers lots of light from the high windows with plenty of seating for the entire group. Fireplace, tv with wireless internet, and board games all to keep you entertained. The living area is open to the kitchen and dining areas, perfect for entertaining. The primary bedroom offers a queen size bed with full on suite with separate shower, dual vanity and walk in closet, hand soap, toilet paper and towels are furnished for your stay. A washer and dryer with detergent is furnished. Three other bedrooms round out the main living space with Bedroom (2) Queen, Bedroom (3) Full over Full Bunk Bed, Bedroom (4) Full over Full Bunk Bed. Sleeping a total of 12.

Explore Arnolds Park by foot, being in the heart of all action. Spend all day at Arnolds Park Amusement Park and then stroll down Broadway Street for the taste of the local life. There you`ll find diverse dining and live entertainment. Shop the Queens Court and Emporium Shopping Center. Walk the lit promenade to Orbitz Mini Donuts, Okoboji Burrito, and Tropical Snow Cones. Don`t forget to hit the Saturday morning Farmers Markets; then the iconic Nutty Bar Stand or Pirate Jacks Bar at night before the live concerts on the greenspace...with fireworks! To ensure convenience and comfort, we provide a welcome kit of essential amenities such as trash can liners, bathroom paper, a roll of paper towels, dish and hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, face bar soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent. Included in your cleaning fee is the above welcome pack, propane replacement, concierge and access to our Host Store. (Make arrangements for longer stays or if you think your group will need more than provided in the welcome pack) We also offer a range of supplemental services and items including early check-in/late check-out, hangover kits, or fresh flowers for a romantic getaway. Need a pack n’ play or toddler cot, pack of bottled water, firewood, etc? These are available for a small additional fee on our Host Store and will be waiting in the home upon your arrival. Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation.
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third-party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
Property is privately owned and is not managed by Bridges Bay Resort. Therefore, no refunds will be given for resort amenities not being available or under construction (notice will be given by Okoboji Vacation Company).
