"Amazing views and a beautiful property! Amy is truly the best host—attentive and welcoming from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend both this property and Amy as a 5-star host!"
Stayed at the property while in town for a family wedding. Plenty of space for everyone, and beautiful views! Easy parking and walkable to town. Property is new, and while we had to run out to buy an ironing board and iron last minute, kitchen was well stocked. Host was very responsive, and even accommodated an early check in request when our plans changed after arriving in Oregon. Would absolutely stay again!
It’s a beautiful house and the elevator was amazing to have access to. We wish they would have checked propane levels for the propane tanks for the bbq and fire pit. We used the fire pit and it was wonderful but it ran out of gas after 15 mins. I contacted the host and they said use the bbq so we switched it but that only lasted about 10 mins. They did bring a new one out the following morning! There weren’t any serving bowls at all in the kitchen so we just used the pots and pans to serve. One of the bathrooms didn’t have any body soap/shampoo. It was clean and beautiful but feel they should have a check list to ensure propane is filed and toiletries. Also need to purchase serving bowls and platters.

Thankyou for staying with us in Hood River. Columbia Gorge Vacation Rentals looks forward to having you come again soon.
We had a group of friends stay at this location last weekend for a 30th birthday and the place was amazing! Very new, clean, and perfect location steps away from the main town area of Hood River. Keep in mind it’s 4 floors and a lot of stairs, but there is an elevator in the unit that can be used when all elevator doors on all floors are closed. There were a couple small hiccups specifically with two of the three bathrooms with showers not having hot water, and the AC being a little finicky (needing to be set on the same temp for all units on all floors to actually blow cold air?), but Amy was very quick to respond to any questions or inquiries we had. We did also ask that she not send anyone out to fix the shower issues since we were there that weekend for such a short time anyways and didn’t want to deal with someone coming in, but I imagine they will be fixed/details communicated for future stays. Overall, it was an awesome spot to host our friends and we had an amazing trip!
The dual decks is really great for different hangout spots. The view is amazing and beds are comfortable. Location is superb; five minute walk to downtown and pretty much anything you could need.
