Located in the heart of Saranda City, this beachfront apartment offers a spectacular view from its large balcony. The apartment is newly created with modern architecture and functional facilities for an enjoyable stay. In the same building on ground floor is the best rated trip advisor restaurant.
The space
Our apartment is perfectly situated with 2 convenient access options. From the front entrance, which is on the beach and boulevard level, you will need to climb 8 floors. From the back entrance, which is on an elevated road, you will need to climb only 4 floors.
Bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: Equipped with two single beds, a sea view from the window, and air conditioning (AC)
- Bedroom 2: Features a double bed, sea view, air conditioning (AC), and a balcony.
Living Area:
The living room and open kitchen are fully furnished and ready for cooking. Enjoy air conditioning (AC) and a Smart TV with streaming services like Netflix and YouTube. There is a spacious balcony offering a spectacular sea view.
Bathroom:
The bathroom includes a hot water shower, a bath, a free washing machine, and a toilet with a bidet.
Parking:
During the off-season, there is free parking on public roads 0-1km close to the apartment. Most private parking businesses are closed.
During high season you can find free parking harder 0-2km away or get private parking nearby, prices vary but it should be around 10-25E/day, if you need a reservation we can help you.
The building does not have an elevator. However, residents on our floor and the floors above, including some elderly neighbors and other guests like yourself, navigate the stairs comfortably year-round. If you find the stairs to be an issue, please don't hesitate to contact usâwe're here to help.
