We are a ski family that loves to stay and entertain in very comfortable places with great location and amenities. We are from Michigan and own a log cabin Up North for skiing in Michigan in addition to this home in PC

Why Terri Klochko chose Old Town

We have been coming to PC for many years. We have travelled all over the world to ski and always kept coming back to PC. This property has the best of everything. Location, privacy, luxury and great acces to skiing and downtown Park City. We are thrilled to be Woodside Avenue residents!

What makes this house unique

73 steps up to the ski access to PC Mountain, 123 steps down to the middle of Main St. for shopping, dining, whatever. If the walk home from downtown, is 'too much' it's a 3 minute, $3 cab ride...can't beat that. Each bedroom having it's own private bath, plus the extra half bath on the main level makes life much easier all around. Two sets of washer/dryers and the heated garage with lots of ski storage makes early mornings and end of the day simple and easy.

We really loved this home. It was very comfortable and the furnishings were awesome. Really liked the beds and the pillows were awesome. Every bedroom has its own full bathroom which is really appreciated.

Fantastic bunk room with huge TV for the kids.

It is a short walk up some stairs to skiing but not bad and the access to Main Street was fantastic.

We will be back.

Lovely spot up the hill from Main Street

We enjoyed our stay in Park City at this lovely home on Woodside Avenue. Brian, the property manager was there to greet us as we arrived, offered a few tips for the slopes and was available for a few questions that arose. The steam shower in the master bath was terrific as was the hot tub. The kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed and comfortable. Lots of steps, but that's to be expected for the homes carved in to the side of the mountain. We had not originally planned to have a vehicle, but we ended up with one and were glad that we did. You could get by without a vehicle, and while it is not a long walk to and from the town lift, with ski boots and gear, up and the down the many steps, it feels like it. The vehicle also gave us flexibility to start over at the Canyons and for a trip over to Deer Valley. No complaints. Great spot.

Beautiful, comfortable, and great location

This house is beautiful and easy to live in. My family and I stayed here after Christmas and during the New Year's holidays. The house is clean and bright and decorated well. The beds are comfortable and each bathroom is generous and stocked with toiletries and hair dryers. We cooked breakfast in the kitchen each morning and stayed in and cooked dinner for New Year's Eve. The appliances are great and and we had all that we needed to cook full meals. The house music system, TV's, steam shower, hot tub, washing machines and dryers all worked flawlessly. In addition, the property manager checked on us just to be sure everything was good. The view of the town at night from the kitchen window and the great room balcony is beautiful. We ate at Main Street restaurants most nights and had a short walk of 3 - 10 minutes. It's extremely convenient. We did not get to use the neighborhood ski-in/ski-out access to the Town Lift due to the lack of snow during our stay. However, even without that convenience, the short drive to the resort parking lot was easy. We would definitely stay here again!
