We provide multiple avenues for communication and we would’ve sent the cleaning company immediately to remedy any cleaning concerns. So that our guest can be prepared, we do provide information in our pre-arrival instructions on the supplies that are provided with the rental. We do ask that the departing guests do the dishes as part of the departure instructions but unfortunately they do not always do a great job. We will pass along your feedback to the cleaning company for review. It is hard for them during peak season with the time allotted between guests to inspect all the dishes. Bruce, thanks so much for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent stay. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed both the home and the location. This home is a new addition to our program and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. The grill that was at the property for guest use disappeared at some point prior to your stay. The owner gave permission for us to retrieve his personal grill from the locked storage area to use in the interim. It wasn't a secondhand grill, but it also isn't brand new. We provide a starter set of paper products but rely on guests to purchase groceries and paper products for the duration of their stay. Previous guests haven't mentioned the railings, but we've reached out to our maintenance department to see if they can address the issue. We never like to hear that a guest is less than satisfied and we take all feedback very seriously. We would be delighted to welcome you back for a future stay!
