We really enjoyed our stay here - nice and clean and very close to beach. Easy walk to Johns Pass. Definitely recommend this place!

Beach bums

Beach was great. Access was real good. All amenities worked fine. A little bit of mold in the shower. A musty smell when we got there . Had to air it out for a while. Otherwise, all good.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Once we got past the 6 page waiver, sending pics of ID and 350.00 security deposit for 5-10 days; the actual stay was fabulous. Would probably stay again if the overall process was done once and now you are an 'approved customer'. BTW we purposely tried 2 different rental options so we can ascertain what is easier in the future for additional stays. If this property went with another less cumbersome rental company, I would definitely recommend to a friend and come back myself.

Reviewer Comments: Without going into detail about the fact that our surprise mini-vacay was ruined by the weather, I will say this: Tech Travel was great, the agent Vivian was super helpful at finding a place for us and the place we stayed was nice. It was small, but there was just the two of us, clean, and the "owner" was super nice and helpful. Unfortunately it rained 2 of the 2.5 days we were there. We came for a concert, which was outdoors, and it rained for that too..... Such a bummer, but what can you do? If I could give the weather a rating it would be 0 stars!

It made me and my husband sick. Brandon's response from Tech travel was simple, he replied that there is nothing wrong. No refund, no apologies, no anything.

Perfect getaway

Everything was excellent. Was the perfect property for my husband and I for our anniversary getaway. Loved having a private pool. Beach proximity was awesome. Great location near good restaurants and John’s Pass. Would definitely stay again.

We loved it all.,

We loved it all, easy access to the beach. It’s like a little rain forest with the rain. Secluded but yet In the middle of everything, very private. Very easy access to the beach . The ice cream shop next door was amazing . the little girls that work there work very hard and fast, tips are well earned there. Make sure to tip them. The lady over the place works hard to make sure everything is great. I complimented the flowering trees, she explained the history of them and gave me a cutting and explained how to grow it when I get home. We will definitely be staying here again.

The owner was super helpful in our stay. Alison answered all our questions and helped us with parking. Very pleasant stay. The directions were sketchy and telling people the rentals were directly behind the Shake Shop would help.

The owners were very friendly and helpful with local suggestions on where to eat and what to see. My ONLY complaint is the pic that is on the site is NOT the building we stayed in; it's actually another house!! Again our room was nice but the pic of the yellow house is very misleading. I would definitely recommend this place but I would have to explain its in a different house than the one shown.
