We really enjoyed our stay. Great location with easy access to the beach, the beach path, and the town center across the bridge. The pool area is really unique and fun.

Beach bums

Beach was great. Access was real good. All amenities worked fine. A little bit of mold in the shower. A musty smell when we got there . Had to air it out for a while. Otherwise, all good.

Great Stay - Overkill on Process

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Once we got past the 6 page waiver, sending pics of ID and 350.00 security deposit for 5-10 days; the actual stay was fabulous. Would probably stay again if the overall process was done once and now you are an 'approved customer'. BTW we purposely tried 2 different rental options so we can ascertain what is easier in the future for additional stays. If this property went with another less cumbersome rental company, I would definitely recommend to a friend and come back myself.

Hello and thank you for contacting us with this review, I believe in complete transparency with my guests, we do not take a security deposit. So there is not a $350 security deposit taken at time of booking or at check in. When I started renting in 2008 my contract was just 1 page. Over the last 12 years, if I was able to tell all the abnormal rental stories that have happened at my properties it would definitely let interested renters and current renters know why we have a longer page contract now. We want to protect you the renter, the owner, and our company. Booking directly with us saves the renter 18%-21%. Do to credit card fraud we ask for a copy of every renters ID. It protects the renter from someone else using their identity. I thank you for your stay and business, and hope my message explains the precautions we take so we can provide a safe and enjoyable stay for our guests. Sincerely, Brandon Tecklenburg/ CEO of

Horrible Weather

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Without going into detail about the fact that our surprise mini-vacay was ruined by the weather, I will say this: Tech Travel was great, the agent Vivian was super helpful at finding a place for us and the place we stayed was nice. It was small, but there was just the two of us, clean, and the "owner" was super nice and helpful. Unfortunately it rained 2 of the 2.5 days we were there. We came for a concert, which was outdoors, and it rained for that too..... Such a bummer, but what can you do? If I could give the weather a rating it would be 0 stars!

Bad Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Checked out next day due to strong musty smell. Unit wasn't properly aired or cleaned, mold presence possible. It made me and my husband sick. Brandon's response from Tech travel was simple, he replied that there is nothing wrong. No refund, no apologies, no anything.

We loved it all.,

We loved it all, easy access to the beach. It’s like a little rain forest with the rain. Secluded but yet In the middle of everything, very private. Very easy access to the beach . The ice cream shop next door was amazing . the little girls that work there work very hard and fast, tips are well earned there. Make sure to tip them. The lady over the place works hard to make sure everything is great. I complimented the flowering trees, she explained the history of them and gave me a cutting and explained how to grow it when I get home. We will definitely be staying here again.

The owner was super helpful in our stay. Alison answered all our questions and helped us with parking. Very pleasant stay. The directions were sketchy and telling people the rentals were directly behind the Shake Shop would help.

Beach getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I must say the room was clean and fully functional for our stay. The owners were very friendly and helpful with local suggestions on where to eat and what to see. My ONLY complaint is the pic that is on the site is NOT the building we stayed in; it's actually another house!! Again our room was nice but the pic of the yellow house is very misleading. I would definitely recommend this place but I would have to explain its in a different house than the one shown.
