Host communicated very well and provided excellent directions. Condo was very close to everything we needed for our overnight stay. COMPLETLY my fault, I did not realize that the portion we rented was ONLY 2 bedrooms and a bathroom....no living room or kitchen, so I don't recommend if you plan on having a weekend in. Beds were comfortable though!

The place was clean and the host was responsive to messages. However it is a shared space with the family who lives above. We heard conversations as well as their company ringing the doorbell late at night. Other than noise it was an okay stay.

Everything was as listed. The location was centralized to everything we needed. My child was sick and we had trouble packing and leaving on time, But we weren't rushed or forced.

Accommodation were very, very poor....No hangers, No dresser drawers, No night stand, No kitchen utensils. It's a very unprofessional place especially for travelers.

Thank you for your feedback. For clarification, the house has drawers and both rooms have nightstands, as shown in the listing. The property does not include a kitchen (clearly mentioned in the description), which is why kitchen utensils are not provided. Regarding hangers, no concerns were raised before or during the stay — if this had been mentioned, I live in the same complex and would have immediately provided more. There was also no communication before, during, or after the stay, including no response to the check-in details I shared. Without discussing any concerns directly and without carefully reviewing the description, posting such comments feels misleading and unfairly intended to impact the business. I also wanted to understand your comment about the property being “unprofessional.” This is a home setup, not a hotel, and I try my best to ensure it is comfortable and welcoming for all travelers. If there are specific improvements you feel would make the experience better, I’d be glad to hear them. I always encourage guests to communicate during their stay so that any needs can be addressed promptly.

Rooms were very clean. Nice gated area. Would have like coffee cups for the coffee provided but they did provide some bottledWater. Only had 3 Bath towels for 4 people but we made it work. Thankful for the washer/dryer. Close to where we had events to attend. Host was always available for questions.

Thank you for your review. I’ve instructed the housekeeping team to place 5 towels in the bathroom and ensure cups are also instructed to provide. Not sure how they missed those. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. If you were reaching out regarding this, I would have addressed it right away.

The pictures of the booking were a little deceiving. There is not a kitchen at this booking. Simply a tiny fridge and microwave. Host didn’t have access to plates or silverware like most VRBOs do. The host lives above where I stayed and most night could hear the loud walking/running etc. when they made dinner upstairs, the smell would take over the entire downstairs where I stayed. Probably won’t be booking here again. The only perks were the garage I had access to park in and the fact the community was gated entry.

Amazing little place in a great location!

If you are looking for someplace nicer and more convenient than a hotel, look no further. This little set up is perfect for couples or even those with kids and a dog. Two very nice bedrooms, an outdoor area for the dog, nice big bathroom and a washer and dryer, which was a great bonus! We stayed a week and loved the location and convenience. There is driveway/garage parking (another bonus) in a brand new gated community centrally located to major highways. The owner was super responsive. There is no full kitchen or formal living room but we enjoyed a break from cooking and there is a nice sized mini fridge, microwave, and a well appointed coffee station. This location was so much easier for us since we were traveling with our dog and we loved having the washer and dryer since we were there so long. Great little vacation place!

We were very disappointed that the pool area looks NOTHING like the pics online. The trees and bushes are fully grown and encroach on the already minimal pool deck area. In addition, a large grill takes up half of one of the usable sides. It’s difficult to have more than a handful of people playing in the pool or hanging out. The mosquitos are horrible by the pool probably because of the overgrown plants and debris in the growing areas. Lastly, one of the trees was constantly dropping its pollen pods in the water. We had to skim it every time we even used the pool….which wasn’t often. Wear and tear on the house is evident and maintenance/safety issues need to be addressed. Most of the exterior doors do not close properly and pop open on their own unless dead bolted. There were smaller issues as well. We did not reach out to Leslie about the problems. We were trying not to dwell on the negatives and make the most of our vacation, relax and spend time with family. The view of the marsh was pretty but not being able to use the pool area like we normally would have certainly makes the property not worth the cost. Had we seen the current state of the pool area prior to booking we would not have chosen this property. The other small things were: no extra blankets, no kitchen towels, no mixing bowls, not enough utensils or bowls, missing or broken lamps, broken/non-functioning sink handles. All could have been addressed in real time but we made do with what was available.

This stay and location was very good for our trip for the price. We did not get both garages as the listing made it seem. We parked one car in the garage and one car in the driveway. The twin mattresses were not the best, but we slept fine. It’s a very nice place, except it would be nice to have more places to sit - maybe a small table and a couple of small chairs in the bigger bedroom. And the driveway is very narrow and that unfortunate drop-off from the driveway to the street is rough. But it’s what we needed, and we had a nice stay.
