The property was ok, no soap or body wash on the tub, I had to open the cabinets and found one half use. The owner was waiting outside at 11 at the check out while we were leaving. I feel he was rude.

The carpets were a bit dirty & stained. The room did not look like it had been vacuumed thoroughly. There were crumbs behind the credenza where the TV was. The bedroom with twin beds could not open the blinds. The bathroom shower liner was orangy dirty. Needed to be washed with vinegar to remove the mold or stains on the liner. The handle on the fridge was broken & should be replaced. Someone could hurt themselves opening it with the handle. There were no disposable cups for the coffee. Maybe add more hangers that are nicer to hang clothes. The bottom left drawer on the credenza had a lot of electronics . Maybe tidy up the place better & I could possibly rent it again.

The place was clean and the host was responsive to messages. However it is a shared space with the family who lives above. We heard conversations as well as their company ringing the doorbell late at night. Other than noise it was an okay stay.

Host communicated very well and provided excellent directions. Condo was very close to everything we needed for our overnight stay. COMPLETLY my fault, I did not realize that the portion we rented was ONLY 2 bedrooms and a bathroom....no living room or kitchen, so I don't recommend if you plan on having a weekend in. Beds were comfortable though!

If I were reviewing the host alone, he’d get 12 stars. He was incredibly kind, responsive, and flexible. When our kiddo wasn’t feeling well before our flight, he graciously let us extend checkout so he could rest a little longer. We’re truly grateful for that.The property itself, however, left a lot to be desired. It’s in a nice neighborhood, reasonably priced, and having two bedrooms, a full bath, and a washer/dryer was convenient. But it felt like it was almost finished, then someone stopped 90% of the way through.The advertised garage became inaccessible after the first night because someone parked in the driveway and blocked it. The door from the rental into the garage is missing its entire interior handle, so you have to pull on the latch to get out, which raised safety concerns. The mini fridge handle was broken, hot water didn’t last through one normal shower, and all the towels were stored in the bedroom instead of the bathroom.The coffee station perfectly summed up the stay: coffee maker, pods, and plenty of lids…but no mugs. There was also no real living space, so it wasn’t ideal for spending time together as a family.The host was wonderful. The property just needs the same level of care that he gives his guests.

I'm sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. I do want to provide some additional context for future guests. During your stay, you let me know about the parking situation, and I immediately confirmed that parking in the driveway was perfectly fine. No other concerns—such as hot water, coffee mugs, or the refrigerator—were brought to my attention during your stay. Had I been aware of them, I would have been happy to address them right away. The listing photos and description accurately reflect the property's layout and amenities so guests know exactly what to expect before booking. Additional towels are intentionally placed in the bedroom because the obathroom has limited storage space. I appreciate all guest feedback and continuously work to improve the property. Thank you again for staying with us, and I wish you and your family all the best.

Everything was as listed. The location was centralized to everything we needed. My child was sick and we had trouble packing and leaving on time, But we weren't rushed or forced.

Rooms were very clean. Nice gated area. Would have like coffee cups for the coffee provided but they did provide some bottledWater. Only had 3 Bath towels for 4 people but we made it work. Thankful for the washer/dryer. Close to where we had events to attend. Host was always available for questions.

Amazing little place in a great location!

If you are looking for someplace nicer and more convenient than a hotel, look no further. This little set up is perfect for couples or even those with kids and a dog. Two very nice bedrooms, an outdoor area for the dog, nice big bathroom and a washer and dryer, which was a great bonus! We stayed a week and loved the location and convenience. There is driveway/garage parking (another bonus) in a brand new gated community centrally located to major highways. The owner was super responsive. There is no full kitchen or formal living room but we enjoyed a break from cooking and there is a nice sized mini fridge, microwave, and a well appointed coffee station. This location was so much easier for us since we were traveling with our dog and we loved having the washer and dryer since we were there so long. Great little vacation place!

The pictures of the booking were a little deceiving. There is not a kitchen at this booking. Simply a tiny fridge and microwave. Host didn’t have access to plates or silverware like most VRBOs do. The host lives above where I stayed and most night could hear the loud walking/running etc. when they made dinner upstairs, the smell would take over the entire downstairs where I stayed. Probably won’t be booking here again. The only perks were the garage I had access to park in and the fact the community was gated entry.
