Relax on two spacious patios, watch wildlife, or launch your boat from the private ramp. Just 1 mile from local dining, coffee shops, and bars, this serene retreat offers all the comforts of home. Conveniently located 50 miles from Chicago. Non-smoking/vaping indoors; enjoy outdoor spaces instead. Perfect for a peaceful getaway—book your stay today!

Enjoy outdoor living and river watching on 2 patios.
Cozy up next to the fireplace or take a relaxing bath in the claw foot tub.
Enjoy s’mores in the outdoor fire pit or throw some burgers on the Weber grill.(just bring your favorite charcoal, there is a charcoal starter chimney provided)
Life jackets, and games and a poker table are all ready for you.
Fish for Northern, Catfish, Bass and Carp right off the bank in the backyard.

Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, guest will receive a 50% refund for all nights
If guests cancel less than 7 days before check-in, guest will receive 0% for all nights
Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in
