Martha's Vineyard Cozy Getaway Near Picturesque Philbin Beach

This rental is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath house with a deck, where you can enjoy the fresh island air. A porch swing on the ground level provides another quiet spot to rest and relax.

The living space is on the top floor with a walk-out basement. The master bedroom is spacious and includes a queen-sized bed and a private full-size bathroom. The other two rooms include full-size beds. If you have more than 6 guests, the comfy couch opens up to a queen-sized bed to accommodate two more people. There is a quiet sitting area in the basement for anyone who needs their own space. There are extra mattresses if you want to spread out your guests.

Towels and linens are provided unless otherwise directed. We have a cooler and beach chairs available if you want to take them to Philbin Beach, which is 2 miles away, Moshup Beach, Menemsha or Lobsterville Beach.

Located in Aquinnah, this rental allows you to find peace of mind and tranquility day and night. During your stay, you may want to visit the Gay Head Light House and take a tour or grab lunch and shop for a souvenir at the cliffs. Don't forget to visit the Aquinnah Cultural Center as well. Be sure to catch a sunset at any of the surrounding beaches. It makes for some stunning photo opportunities.

Friendly, house-trained pets are welcome. Please be sure to clean up after pets and keep them on our property as not to disturb the neighbors.

At the end of the day, kick back and relax by the fire pit and don't forget the chocolate for your smores. We also have some outdoor games readily available in the basement. If you enjoy staying indoors on a rainy day, feel free to play ping pong in the basement.
