Met All Our Needs

Location was perfect—close to Balboa Island, beaches, Fashion Island and Laguna Beach. Pools were mostly all our own, house was comfy and Beth was very responsive.

Amazing Visit

This was our fifth stay and it didn't disappoint. This condo is in a perfect location, close to everything anyone would want to do. It is well maintained, beautifully updated and has everything you need. We especially enjoyed the pool (one of two, and we almost always had it to ourselves) and the grounds are beautiful. We are already planning another visit.

Perfect Getaway

What a stay! Amazing location: short walk to Balboa Island, short drive to Corona Del Mar beach, and even Disneyland. Lovely apartment with everything you need for a long relaxing stay. Finally, I can’t say enough about the host. She was helpful, responsive, and ever friendly. Can’t wait to visit again!

Great California Condo

This is a great gated condo located within minutes of Balboa Island, wonderful restaurants, and shopping at Fashion Island. The condo is complete with all the necessaries amenities. The kitchen and bathroom have been upgraded and is very attractive. This was our second year at this property and hope to return next summer.

Gorgeous condo in the best location!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Beth and Mike’s home in Newport Beach. The condo is beautifully furnished and fully equipped with everything needed for a long term stay. We appreciated the spacious home, comfortable king sized bed, great internet service, 2 TVs, washer/dryer, swimming pool and gym, and kitchen with great appliances. The location of the home is ideal being in a gated community with easy access to shopping and restaurants, Fashion Island, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach and Balboa Island. Communication with Beth and Mike was easy and immediate. We highly recommend staying here and definitely would love to come back here again!

Location, location, location

Newport Beach is a stunning place to spend August. Especially when you're coming out of the oven that is Phoenix in the month of August. Beth, the host, was fantastic. There was a slight issue with the air conditioning on the first day, but she was all over it and had it fixed immediately. With any communication, she was timely with her response (within minutes most of the time). The location couldn't be any better. Close to everything you want to do in Newport Beach. Surrounded by retail. Close to the beach. So many restaurants to choose from. The condo is gated, and I always felt safe. Would recommend highly.

Beautiful condo, wonderful area!

I thoroughly enjoyed my (a little over) 3 month stay at this one bedroom Villa Point condo. The condo was very nice and spacious for myself, could comfortably fit 2 people for sure. It has all amenities i needed; Washer/dryer in unit, single car garage, the pool areas were nice and peaceful. Everything was very clean and organized. Even the complex property is very clean and well run. The king size bed was very comfortable in my opinion and i loved the large bathroom space and large closet! I would absolutely come back here again for another stay. You cannot beat the location either. I am a travel nurse and I had a super easy commute to CHOC in Orange, CA (took about 18 minutes every morning at 630 AM). Living around the corner from fashion island was also a HUGE plus! Has literally everything you need and more! My personal favorite is the fact there is a Whole Foods a few minutes away in Fashion Island because that is typically where i do all my shopping! The mall has endless stores and restaurants too! Balboa island is a quick walk across the way which is so cute and peaceful. I enjoyed walking down to the starbucks on a nice sunny day in balboa island. The Newport Peninsula is about a 8-10 min drive down PCH, and Huntington Beach is only about 15 minutes down PCH. Overall could talk for a long time about this but it had everything I was looking for and more and im going to miss it very much! Beth was always available to respond to my texts if I had any questions too which I appreciated very much. Thank you so much for my wonderful stay!

Landlord is discriminatory, control freak and invades your privacy

Great property for the most part but communication with host / owner is pathetic. She came in the property without proper notice and scared my girlfriend and her friend. My girlfriend is a battered spouse victim and didn’t want to reveal her identity to the landlord because she feared her ex could find out her identity. The landlord will not communicate unless she dictates the conversation, no people skills. She assumed that a different person was staying at the place other then the person (me and girlfriend ) whom was on agreement. Truth of the matter I’m in the law enforcement community and was protecting her as her court proceedings moved on. Therefore when landlord came I. Property without proper notice my girlfriend Revealed a fake name. The landlord will claim that she wrote a message on Vrbo. However, I told her from the beginning the best former communication for me was to text which she had showed she would engage with at no time. Did she ever reveals on text that she was going to be barging in the home to collect her mail And ask 1 million questions. My girlfriend has attempted to change identity and therefore has red purple hair and she really felt that the landlord discriminated against her because of the way she looked, not because of any wrongdoing, this is apparent because she let us stay for an extra week. The positive thing I will say about her, was that she was facilitating in given us a little time to get out of the place. a week in fact.

Awesome Extended Stay

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this condo. It was well appointed, location was perfect, and the surrounding property was immaculate. Walked everyday to Balboa Island, 15 min to John Wayne, and beaches, etc. I was sad to leave and am already looking at when I can come stay again.

Convenient to all Newport Beach has to offer

Very well situated for getting around Newport Beach including Fashion Island; Balboa Island; and PCH provided you have transportation (car, bike, etc.). Much quieter than I expected given its proximity to PCH. Secure gated location. Owner was very responsive.

Amazing Visit

This was our fourth stay at the Villa Point Condo and we are already looking forward to our next visit. The condo has been renovated with up-to-date furnishings and appliances. It has all the amenities we appreciate – two TVs, Internet, washer/dryer, air conditioning, king bed and garage. The property grounds are beautifully maintained. We used the swimming pool numerous times and only once was anyone else also at the pool. The location is perfect. Balboa Island is just down the hill and we walked the island every day. Sherman Gardens, Rogers Gardens and numerous parks and trails are nearby as well as the outdoor shopping mall Fashion Island. Thank you, Beth, for another amazing visit.

Very nice

This property is wonderful. The location is walking distance or short drive from great restaurants, shopping and generally soaking in the beauty of the area. The gated community aspect feels very safe. Pools and exercise facilities provide a resort type experience. In addition the host is very attentive and kept an open communication link during the entire stay.

Great Get Away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was well appointed, clean and decorated nicely. Its location was perfect for all sorts of activites. The pool and spa was an extra treat. Would definitely like to rent again.

Great location, community, and home

Location: great for long walks around balboa island / beaches and back bay. Convenient drive to fashion island for shopping, groceries, and restaurants. Short drive to great corona Del Mar beaches and town. Home: comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, updated kitchen and bath, and spacious! The bbq, pools, gyms, and tranquility of the community was appreciated. Beach chairs, towels galore, beach toys, and bikes gave us everything we needed outside as well! SoCal living at its best! Highly recommended!

Very Nice

240 Villa Point is a very nice condo in a great location. Conveniently located near Fashion Island and Balboa Island with lots of good restaurants nearby. The two pools and exercise facilities are a plus as well. We loved it.

We chose a place at Villa Point because of the uniqueness of the community. We love the location! Walks to Balboa Island are one of our favorite things to do. It’s a short drive between the beaches of Newport to Corona Del Mar. We often bike to Corona Del Mar for dinner. Fashion Island is right around the corner with lots of restaurant and shopping choices as well as Whole Foods. Villa Point is a quiet and well kept community. We love having the pools as well as the work out rooms. The community backs to the Newport Beach Country Club golf course. Although we do not have a golf course view from our unit it is nice to enjoy from the jacuzzi and BBQ area.
